It was announced in the 2.2 Livestream that Robin will be released in the first phase of Version 2.2, which will start on May 7, 2024. Robin's Banner, Just Intonation, will run from May 7, 2024 to May 29, 2024.

Robin's Kit, Abilities, and Skills

Skill Provides Party-Wide DMG Buff

When Robin uses her Skill, she can increase the DMG of all party members.

Talent Restores Energy

Robin's Talent will allow her to gain energy outside of her turn as long as allies attack enemies.

Enter the Concerto State with Ultimate

After using Robin's Ultimate, she will enter a Concerto state and have all other allies immediately take their turn. During the Concerto state, Robin deals additional Physical DMG when allies attack.

Robin will be also immune to Crowd Control debuffs as long as her Ultimate is up.

Technique Prevents Enemy Attacks

When Robin uses her Technique, she summons a field that attracts enemies and prevents them from attacking Robin. If combat begins while the field is still active, Robin restores her energy.

It's confirmed in the 2.2 Livestream that Robin will use the Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster from the Starcrusher Swarm King as her Echoes of War material.
