Should You Pull for Seele?

Seele is one of the best DPS characters in the game. Not only does she deal high Single-Target damage, but she's also a semi-AoE damage dealer because of her Talent that lets her take an extra turn when she kills an enemy.

Natasha is here to either keep the Fire Trailblaizer alive so they can keep tanking or remove debuffs on the team.

This team requires Silver Wolf to ignore the elemental weakness of enemies. Silver Wolf will have no problem implanting a Quantum weakness on any enemy. If the enemy is already weak to Quantum, Silver Wolf can be replaced with another Harmony unit or a Sub-DPS.

Sparkle can advance Seele's turn and provide DMG buffs while Fu Xuan is there to protect the party and give out CRIT Rate buffs to strengthen Seele.

Get Extra Turns with Resurgence

Seele's main mechanic is called Resurgence, which allows her to gain an extra turn after knocking out an enemy. This makes Seele, despite being a Hunt character, a great damage dealer who can defeat multiple enemies when done correctly.

Double Resurgence Trick

If there are multiple enemies and you are able to take out three of them as Seele, you can double your Resurgence and get two extra turns in the process. This allows Seele to deal a bunch of DMG while also restoring a lot of energy for her Ultimate.

This Double Resurgence trick requires Seele to have her Ultimate ready to use!

	How to Double Resurgence
1	Defeat the enemy using a Basic Attack or Skill then activate Seele's Ultimate before the turn ends.
2	Use Seele's Ultimate to take out another enemy.
3	Defeat a third enemy using Basic Attack or Skill.

Surprise Attack with Technique

In the overworld, Seele can use her Technique to become undetected by enemies. When Seele attacks an enemy in the Stealth state, she'll automatically enter Resurgence at the start of the fight.

Technique	Phantom Illusion: After using her Technique, Seele gains Stealth for 20 seconds. While Stealth is active, Seele cannot be detected by enemies. And when entering battle by attacking enemies, Seele will immediately enter the buffed state. Stat Bonus: 1. ATK +4.0%
Bonus Ability	Nightshade: When current HP percentage is 50% or lower, reduce the chance of being attacked by enemies. Stat Bonus: 1. CRIT DMG +5.3% 2. ATK +4.0%
Bonus Ability	Rippling Waves: After using a Basic ATK, Seele's next action will be Advanced Forward by 20%. Stat Bonus: 1. ATK +8.0% 2. CRIT DMG +10.7% 3. DEF +7.5%
Bonus Ability	Lacerate: While Seele is in the buffed state, her Quantum RES PEN increases by 20%. Stat Bonus: 1. ATK +6.0% 2. CRIT DMG +8.0%

E2	Dancing Butterfly The SPD Boost effect of Seele's Skill can stack up to 2 times.
E3	Dazzling Tumult Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
E4	Flitting Phantasm Seele regenerates 15 Energy when she defeats an enemy.
E5	Piercing Shards Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
E6	Shattering Shambles After Seele uses her Ultimate, inflict the target enemy with Butterfly Flurry for 1 turn(s). Enemies suffering from Butterfly Flurry will take Additional Quantum DMG equal to 15% of Seele's Ultimate DMG every time they are attacked. If the target enemy is defeated by the Butterfly Flurry DMG triggered by other allies' attacks, Seele's Talent will not be triggered. When Seele is knocked down, the Butterfly Flurry inflicted on the enemies will be removed.
