The Great Septimus is weak to Imaginary, Fire, and Lightning so characters who deal AoE DMG like Imbibitor Lunae or Himeko are good for targeting all of its minions at once.
Characters that focus on Break Effect like Trailblazer (Imaginary) is great for this fight also since you will have to deplete multiple bars of Toughness!

The Shadow of Feixiao and Ecliptic Inner Beast is weak to Physical, Fire, and Quantum. Wind is also a great option since some summons are weak to it.
The key to beating this Echoes of War is to Weakness Break the enemies, so characters who can deal a lot of Toughness DMG like Firefly and Boothill are recommended.

The Sublime, Radiant, Avatar of the Sky is weak to Physical, Ice, and Quantum. The key to beating this Echoes of War is to focus on the temperature changes and take advantage of the buffs it provides.
The temperature changes allow you to easily deal more DMG to the boss and its parts. Characters that have AoE or Blast attacks are recommended so you can damage all of the boss parts simultaneously.

The Anti-Creator, Hatred Inundate is weak to Lightning, Ice, and Quantum. The key to beating this Echoes of War is to focus on the Mythos and Logos enemies that the boss summons to get Energy and advance your team forward.
This also prevents the Anti-Creator from using its attacks that deal heavy damage and also dispels Action Lock from affected characters. Characters that have AoE or Blast attacks are recommended so you can damage the Anti-Creator and its summons simultaneously.
How to Unlock Echoes of War
Unlocked After Fighting Cocolia, Mother of Deception
You can unlock the weekly bosses or Echoes of War bosses once you defeated Cocolia, Mother of Deception during the In the Dangerous Swamp Mission. Teleport to the nearest space anchor to where you first fought them to get to their location.

The weekly bosses for Honkai: Star Rail resets every Monday at 4 AM according to the time of the server you're playing.
