Deal More DMG against Slowed Enemies

Dan Heng is a single-target DMG dealer whose attacks deal more DMG against enemies affected by Slow. His Basic Attacks and Ultimate in particular deal considerably more DMG if the target is slowed down.

Skill Can Slow Enemies Down

Dan Heng's Skill can hit a single enemy multiple times and if it is a CRIT Hit, will instantly Slow down the enemy. Use Dan Heng's Skill to Slow down enemies before using your Ultimate to deal as much DMG as possible.

Allies can Trigger Wind RES PEN

If a party member uses a Skill that affects Dan Heng, his next attacks will ignore enemy Wind RES. Combining this with a slowed-down enemy will dish out the most DMG possible with Dan Heng.

Have a Harmony, Abundance, or Preservation character in the party and use them to buff Dan Heng and trigger Wind RES Penetration.
