| Sweet Pom-Pom O'Mine | Can be found in Qlipoth Fort, near Bronya. Spin the globe and check out what's located in the North and Northwest area to unlock the Sweet Pom-Pom O'Mine achievement! |
| Trash Can.. Icon? | Located in various places in Jarilo-VI. Interact with multiple Trash Cans. You'll unlock the Trash Can icon eventually. |
| Wanted Posters | Located in various areas of Administrative District. Peel off a total of 7 wanted posters scattered around the district. Collecting them all will unlock the 50 Credits!? achievement! Check out Pela in the Qlipoth Fort for a small surprise. |
| Lā Lá Lǎ Là Land | Located near the Golden Theater Space Anchor in the Administrative District. Interact with Tamila to unlock the Lā Lá Lǎ Là Land achievement as well as the Embers disk. |
| The Mandela Effect | Located near the Golden Theater Space Anchor in the Administrative District. Interact to the Man behind the gate. Travel to a different area then return to interact with him again. Talking to the man a total of 4 times will unlock the Mandela Effect achievement! |
| Cold Dragon Young | Located inside the Fight Club. Listen to the Fanatical Combat Enthusiasts in the corner. Give them the Photo of "Cold Dragon Young" to acquire a special reward! |
| Insatiable | Located near Natasha's Clinic. Acquire the Vomit Inducing Recipe from Maxime. Synthesize it and use it to unlock the Insatiable achievement! |
| Language Module | Located in Administrative District and in Boulder Town. Acquire the Language Module first from Ronald in the Administrative District then give it to Fidora in Boulder Town to unlock the Knight in Shining Armor achievement! Check out her robot the next day for a surprise! |
| Natural Immunity | Located in Boulder Town. During the A Sunset Rendezvous Trailblaze Mission, interacting with Gertie for the first time will unlock the Natural Immunity achievement! |
| Winter City Trap | Located in Robot Settlement. Listen to Eunice's rap to unlock the Winter City Trap achievement! |

| Mole's Hide-and-Seek | Located in the middle of Boulder Town. Play Hide-and-Seek with Hook and her friends! Find a good hiding spot and get some rewards! You might discover random interactions as well depending on where you hide! |
| Dark Fist Tournament | Located near the Fight Club Space Anchor in Boulder Town. Pick up the invitation inside the Fight Club then interact with the Mysterious Kid outside. Complete the challenge to get some rewards and unlock the For Ages 12 and Up achievement! |
| Outworlder | Can be found in Rivet Town. Retrieve the Dirty Ribbon Tied to a Bell from a Warp Trotter then go back near the Entrance of Rivet Town to interact with the Weak Female Voice. After acquiring the Damaged Music Box, go to eastern area of Rivet Town and talk to the Anxious Girl to unlock the Outworlder achievement! |
| The Adventurous Moles | Located in various places in Jarilo-VI. After clearing the main story in Jarilo-VI, talking to Julian will give you a quest. Find all the treasure to acquire rewards and unlock The Fourth Little Mole achievement! |
| Free Food in the Underworld | Can be found in the southeast area of Boulder Town. Talk to Turner to start the Competitive Eater Championship. After the competition, repeatedly talk to him to get more free foods! |
| Moral Higher Ground | Located in the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone, western of the Outpost Space Anchor. Destroy the barrel near the Public Property Protector. A battle will then commence after the conversation. Defeat him and unlock the Moral Higher Ground achievement. |
| Treasure Chest Magician | Located in the Boulder Town, to the east of Goethe Grand Hotel Space Anchor. Interact with the Mysterious Woman and find Balaway to appraise the item that you will get! |
| 80% New Thermal Mining Pickaxe | Located in Boulder Town, southeast of the Goethe Grand Hotel Space Anchor. Talk to Antonia to receive the pickaxe, which you can use to mine Geomarrow for extra rewards! |
| First Things First | Located in the Old Weapon Testing Ground after completing the Final Showdown! Intergalactic Celebration! event mission. Talk to the Mysterious Stranger who is looking at the Aetherium Wars posters! You have to teleport out and in to talk to her up to three times. |
| Don't Try This at Home | Located in the Old Weapon Testing Ground after completing the Final Showdown! Intergalactic Celebration! event mission. Break the barrel near the elevator and defeat the Senior Staff - Team Leader to collect the rewards. |

| Starskiff Superstition | Located in the northwest area of Central Starskiff Haven. Interact with the Starskiff, a Strange Lady will then talk to you. Unlock an achievement depending on the result of your interactions with her! |
| Domination | Can be acquired by using the Trailblazer to battle against Kafka. Let her Dominate Trailblazer to unlock the Listen... achievement! |
| Suspicious Scroll | Can be found near Starskiff Jetty Space Anchor in Central Starskiff Haven. Interact with the scroll and continue reading it. A Xianzhou Local guy will interrupt you from reading it and will give you 10 Strales and credits. |
| Seven Errors of Cycranes | Located in various places in Xianzhou Luofu. Find all the missing Cycranes and unlock an achievement for every Cycrane that you found! |
| Heron Express's Gratitude | Can be found near Starskiff Jetty Space Anchor in Central Starskiff Haven. Interact with Ziqiao after you find all the 7 Cycranes to unlock the Seven Birds in the Hand is Worth A Thousand in the Bush achievement! |
| Peculiar Glaive | Located to the west of the Starskiff Jetty Space Anchor in Central Starskiff Haven. Interact with the Glaive, an Unfamiliar Man will then approach you. Head to the Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery in Exalted Sanctum after talking to the man then talk to Jingyan. Unlock an achievement depending on the result of your interactions with Jingyan! |

| Clockwork Quests | In Penacony, some NPCs with a wrench icon are missing emotions. Repairing their Emo Dial will trigger a mini-quest. |
| Strange Doll | In the VIP Lounge of The Reverie - Reality, you will find a Pom-Pom doll near some luggage. Interact with it and you'll encounter Jno, a Pepeshi who likes to disguise himself. Finding him three times will give you the Hero sticker! |

| Standee Group Photo | In Penacony's Clock Studios Theme Park, you can find two different standees that when interacted, lets you invite characters that you met through your Trailblazing journey. Invite them and take a Group Photo to get Stickers and Achievements! |
| Billboard Investigator | In Penacony's Clock Studios Theme Park, investigate the crime scene near the area's entrance. |
