Rappa is a Erudition DPS who excels in dealing a lot of Break DMG on multiple enemies with her Sealform state. While in the Sealform state, Rappa gains increased Break Efficency and Break Effect.
Despite not having the ability to implant a missing Weakness, Rappa can reduce the Toughness of enemies by using her Enhanced Basic ATK in her Sealform state.
Pull for Rappa if you need a Break DPS who specializes in AoE content. Rappa will work effectively in Pure Fiction but will struggle against Elite enemies.

Most of Rappa's DPS will come from Break DMG, so CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG stats are unnecessary. Aside from Break Effect, the ATK stat is also important since this will increase Rappa's Break DMG on Weakness Broken enemies.

Rappa should aim for 3200 ATK to max out the Break DMG conversion provided by her Bonus Ability (Ninjutsu Inscription: Withered Leaf).
Rappa should also have 250% Break Effect to activate the full-set effect of the Iron Cavalry relic. Characters and Relic sets that provide Break Effect can help you achieve that.
Any SPD Breakpoint above 145 is ideal for Rappa to activate the full-set effect of the Talia: Kingdom of Banditry.

Rappa and the Harmony Trailblazer will work together in dealing a lot of Super Break DMG to enemies.
Ruan Mei provides more Weakness Break Efficiency, Break Effect, and can extend the duration of Weakness Break to give everyone more turns dealing Super Break DMG. Lingsha is the best choice for sustain since she can do AoE healing and increase Break DMG received by enemies.
If you're using an Abundance unit for Sustain, we recommend equipping them with the Quid Pro Quo Light Cone to provide energy for Rappa's Ultimate.

Rappa's Skill deals Imaginary DMG to all enemies.
If Rappa attacks a Weakness Broken enemy, she will deal Break DMG and the attack can Bounce on enemies. When Rappa deals Break DMG, she can also deal Toughness DMG on enemies even if they don't have an Imaginary Weakness.
The Toughness DMG will be prioritized on the enemy with more Toughness remaining.
After activating Rappa's Ultimate, she will enter the Sealform state. While in the Sealform state, Rappa's Break Effect and Break Efficiency are increased.
After entering the Sealform state, Rappa will also gain stacks of Chroma Ink, which she can use to unleash Enhanced Basic Attacks.
Rappa's Enhanced Basic Attacks while in the Sealform state will consume Chroma Ink. These Enhanced Basic Attacks cannot regenerate Skill Points and can deal Toughness DMG on enemies without an Imaginary Weakness.
Rappa's Technique will let her enter the Graffiti state and summon a surfboard she can use to move around. When Rappa touches an enemy while under the Graffiti state, enemies will receive Toughness DMG regardless of their Weakness.

True! Also the Energy regen is at the start of the battle, not start of turn. MtWC Grants Rappa a chunk of energy at the start of the fight. That's it. Still a decent LC for her tho.
