Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.8 Livestream will go live on December 5, 2025 at 6:30 AM for UTC-5 and 7:30 PM for GMT+8. Details on The Dahlia are expected to be announced during the livestream, along with the upcoming 3.8 Finality Mission and banners.

Alongside a new Trailblaze Mission, new maps, and new events, Version 3.7 also features reruns for multiple Amphoreus characters.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.7 features reruns for multiple Amphoreus characters via the Indelible Coterie! Hyacine, Castorice, and Tribbie had reruns in Phase 1 of Version 3.7 from November 4, 2025 (UTC-5) until November 26, 2025 (Server Time).
For Phase 2 of 3.7, Phainon, Mydei, and Cipher features reruns from November 26, 2025 to December 16, 2025 (Server Time).
The Dahlia Release in Version 3.8
The Dahlia is the most recently teased character for Version 3.8! She will be a 5-star Fire and Nihility character. The Dahlia is part of the Annihilation Gang, a group that was previously mentioned during the Penacony storyline.
The Dahlia will most likely be released in Phase 1 of Version 3.8 since she was the first to be announced in this recent round of drip marketing news.

Saber Released in 3.4 Phase 1
Saber is a new Wind and Destruction character released in Phase 1 of Version 3.4. As part of the Fate Stay Night Collab, Saber's Banner was released on July 11, 2025. However, its end date hasn't been announced yet.
Archer Released in 3.4 Phase 1
Alongside Saber, Archer is a Quantum and Hunt character that was released at the same time on July 11, 2025.
Although Archer also has his own banner, players can also claim a copy of him for free simply by logging in from July 11, 2025 until the end of Version 3.6!
