Should You Pull for Jingliu?

Jingliu is a powerful Ice DPS who can become stronger by entering a special state and consuming the party's HP. Jingliu is also a Skill Point-friendly DPS as she doesn't need to use any of it while in her special state.

If you want a strong AoE DPS who can deal a lot of Ice DMG or don't mind hurting your own party members to become stronger, go ahead and pull for Jingliu!

Jingliu DPS Build

This Jingliu Build is designed to deal a lot of Ice DMG using her Enhanced Skill and is stacked with a lot of CRIT DMG from relic stats and Traces.

Despite needing CRIT Rate to activate the Rutilant Arena's effect, we highly recommend using a CRIT DMG Body instead as she can gain a lot of CRIT Rate from her Talent. Jingliu should have at least 40% to 50% CRIT Rate from sub-stats to be able to deal consistent CRIT Hits during her Spectral Transmigration state.

This free-to-play team involves Asta supporting Jingliu using ATK and SPD buffs. The Fire Trailblazer can taunt enemies and provide shields to the party.

A healer like Natasha is important to counteract the party-wide HP consumption from Jingliu's Enhanced Skill.

In this team comp, Jingliu will be able to deal a lot of DMG with the help of the right supports. Bronya can increase Jingliu's DMG and provide extra turns to help her enter the Spectral Transmigration state sooner.

Ruan Mei can also increase Jingliu's DMG and provide an All-Type RES PEN. Luocha can mitigate Jingliu's HP consumption mechanic thanks to his passive healing.

For this team, you may want Skill Point friendly party members as Jingliu and Blade cannot generate any Skill Points during their Enhanced States.

Genius of Brilliant Stars x4	★★★★☆ - 3rd Best Genius of Brilliant Stars can work well since it can ignore Enemy DEF, increasing overall DMG. This Relic set can work especially well with party members who can DEF shred and against enemies who are weak to Quantum.

Rutilant Arena	★★★★★ - Best Rutilant Arena is no doubt her best Planar Ornament as most of the DMG she deals comes from her Enhanced Skill. The 70% CRIT Rate requirement is easy to reach thanks to her Talent's massive CRIT Rate buff.
Firmament Frontline Glamoth	★★★★☆ - 2nd Best Firmament Frontline Glamoth is another great Planar Ornament for her since it gives her more ATK and directly increases her DMG, as long as she meets the SPD requirements of the set.
Space Sealing Station	★★★★☆ - 3rd Best Space Sealing Station is another good alternative Ornament as it can increase Jingliu's ATK. The SPD requirement should be easy to achieve thanks to Jingliu's SPD Boost Traces.

Skill Deals DMG to a Single Target

Jingliu's Skill at base form will deal Ice DMG to a single target and gain one stack of Syzygy.

Syzygy Enhances Jingliu

Jingliu's Talent can collect a stack of Syzygy by using her Skill or Ultimate. Jingliu can only carry a maximum of three Syzygy stacks. When Jingliu collects two stacks of Syzygy, she'll enter a Spectral Transmigration state.

During Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu's turn will be Advanced Forward by 100% and will gain a massive increase in CRIT Rate.

Spectral Transmigration State

After entering Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu cannot use Basic ATKs in this state and she can only use her Enhanced Skill. Jingliu's Enhanced Skill will also deal DMG to adjacent enemies.

Jingliu's Enhanced Skill will not consume Skill Points. Instead, Jingliu will consume a Syzygy stack plus the HP of all other allies to increase her ATK depending on the total HP consumed. Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state if she has no more Syzygy stacks.

Ultimate Deals AoE DMG

Jingliu's Ultimate will deal Ice DMG to a single target and bonus DMG to adjacent targets. Jingliu will also gain an additional stack of Syzygy. Use her Ultimate during the Spectral Transmigration state to deal increased DMG.

Freeze Enemies with Technique

Jingliu's Technique creates a dimension surrounding her that can destroy breakable objects and Freeze enemies in contact. After entering combat while Jingliu's Technique is up, she'll recover energy and gain 1 stack of Syzygy.

Enemies affected by Jingliu's Technique will have a base chance of being Frozen and receive additional DMG. Jingliu's Technique will stay active even if she gets switched out for another party member.

Moon on Glacial River: Deals DMG equal to 125% of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 62% of Jingliu's ATK to adjacent enemies. Consumes 1 stack(s) of Syzygy. Using this ability does not consume Skill Points.
Ultimate	Florephemeral Dreamflux: Deals Ice DMG equal to 180% of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy target and deals Ice DMG equal to 90% of Jingliu's ATK to adjacent targets. Gains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy after the attack ends.
Talent	Crescent Transmigration: When Jingliu has a 2 stack(s) of Syzygy, she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced by 100% and CRIT Rate increased by 40%. Then, Jingliu's Skill "Transcendent Flash" is enhanced to "Moon on Glacial River," and only this enhanced Skill is available for use in battle. When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from all other allies equal to 4% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce allies' HP to lower than 1). Jingliu's ATK increases by 540% of the total HP consumed from all allies in this attack, capped at 90% of her base ATK, lasting until the current attack ends. Jingliu cannot enter the Spectral Transmigration state again until the current one ends. Syzygy can stack up to 3 times. When Syzygy stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.
Technique	Shine of Truth: After using this Technique, creates a dimension around Jingliu that lasts for 20 seconds, and all enemies in this dimension will become Frozen. After entering combat with enemies in the dimension, Jingliu. immediately regenerates 15. Energy and obtains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy, with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for 1 turn(s). While Frozen, enemy. targets cannot take action, and receive Ice Additional DMG equal 'to 80% of Jingliu's ATK at the start of every turn. Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time. Stat Bonus: 1. CRIT DMG +5.3%
