Should You Pull for Jingliu?
Jingliu is a powerful Ice DPS who can become stronger by entering a special state and consuming the party's HP. Jingliu is also a Skill Point-friendly DPS as she doesn't need to use any of it while in her special state.
If you want a strong AoE DPS who can deal a lot of Ice DMG or don't mind hurting your own party members to become stronger, go ahead and pull for Jingliu!

3.4 Character Buffs and Reworks
All Abilities Scale With Max HP
All of Jingliu's Abilities will now scale with her Max HP instead of her ATK.
Gain Syzygy and CRIT DMG When Allies Lose HP
Each time an ally of Jingliu loses HP, she gains more CRIT DMG and a stack of Syzygy. This gives her more consistency in entering her Spectral Transmigration state.
Talent Gives Stack of Syzygy and Increases Limit
When Jingliu enters the Spectral Transmigration state, she gets an extra stack of Syzygy while also increasing the maximum limit of Syzygy stacks she can obtain by one.

This build is based on the Version 3.4 changes with her buffs in mind.
This Jingliu Build is designed to deal a lot of DMG using her Enhanced Skill and is stacked with a lot of CRIT DMG from relic stats and Traces. Scholar Lost in Erudition increases the DMG of her Skill and Ultimate, while also giving her some CRIT Rate.
Since Jingliu gets a lot of CRIT DMG from her Talent and from the Bone Collection's Serene Demesne ornament, we recommend using an HP Body to instead increase her Max HP.

Jingliu should have at least 40% to 50% CRIT Rate from sub-stats to be able to deal consistent CRIT Hits during her Spectral Transmigration state. We recommend having at least 150% CRIT DMG without buffs for optimal DMG.
As for SPD, you can either have her at Base SPD so that hyperspeed Supports can carry her or have her 1 SPD faster than the Supports. Jingliu can even go beyond 135 SPD as long as she manages to reach SPD Breakpoints.

Jingliu Gameplay Guide
Skill Deals DMG to a Single Target
Jingliu's Skill at base form will deal Ice DMG to a single target and gain one stack of Syzygy.
Syzygy Enhances Jingliu
Jingliu's Talent can collect a stack of Syzygy by using her Skill or Ultimate. Jingliu can only carry a maximum of three Syzygy stacks. When Jingliu collects two stacks of Syzygy, she'll enter a Spectral Transmigration state.
During Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu's turn will be Advanced Forward by 100% and will gain a massive increase in CRIT Rate.
Spectral Transmigration State
After entering Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu cannot use Basic ATKs in this state and she can only use her Enhanced Skill. Jingliu's Enhanced Skill will also deal DMG to adjacent enemies.
Jingliu's Enhanced Skill will not consume Skill Points. Instead, Jingliu will consume a Syzygy stack plus the HP of all other allies to increase her HP depending on the total HP consumed. Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state if she has no more Syzygy stacks.
Ultimate Deals AoE DMG
Jingliu's Ultimate will deal Ice DMG to a single target and bonus DMG to adjacent targets. Jingliu will also gain an additional stack of Syzygy. Use her Ultimate during the Spectral Transmigration state to deal increased DMG.
Freeze Enemies with Technique
Jingliu's Technique creates a dimension surrounding her that can destroy breakable objects and Freeze enemies in contact. After entering combat while Jingliu's Technique is up, she'll recover energy and gain 1 stack of Syzygy.
Enemies affected by Jingliu's Technique will have a base chance of being Frozen and receive additional DMG. Jingliu's Technique will stay active even if she gets switched out for another party member.

After ally targets receive DMG or consume HP a total of 20 times, Jingliu gains 1 stack of "Syzygy." This takes effect a maximum of 1 time per attack received by each target. |
