This Imbibitor Lunae build focuses on dealing tons of Basic ATK DMG through CRIT DMG and ATK stats.
Since Imbibitor Lunae stacks CRIT Rate from his traces, using a CRIT DMG Body would be better to optimally increase his overall DMG. With the Wastelander of Banditry Desert, you can get more CRIT hits by attacking enemies who are Imprisoned.

Use SP Friendly Characters
Dan Heng - Imbibitor Lunae's kit relies on him using a lot of Skill Points to deal a lot of Basic ATK DMG. Use characters that don't need to use their Skill in almost every turn so that Dan Heng - Imbibitor Lunae will have enough SP to use for his Basic ATKs.
Enhance Basic Attack Up to Three Times
The Imbibitor Lunae's kit revolves around the use of his Enhanced Basic Attacks. Use his Skill to power up his Basic Attacks up to three times!
Each enhancement will increase his DMG and hits per action. Starting the second enhancement, Imbibitor Lunae will be able to deal AoE DMG using his Basic ATK!
Ultimate Provides Skill Usage
The Imbibitor Lunae's Ultimate can deal tons of DMG to a single enemy. It also deals damage to adjacent enemies.
In addition, the Imbibitor Lunae will gain Squama Sacrosancta points that can be used as alternative Skill Points for his Enhanced Basic ATKs.
Increased DMG for Every Hit
For every hit in a single attack, the Imbibitor Lunae gains Righteous Heart stacks that can increase his own DMG. These stacks will last until the end of the Imbibitor Lunae's turn.
Dash With Leaping Dragon State
The Imbibitor Lunae's Technique will let him enter a Leaping Dragon State. During this state, Imbibitor Lunae has the ability to dash forward which can attack enemies!
After attacking an enemy while the Leaping Dragon State is active, Imbibitor Lunae deals Imaginary DMG to all enemies and gains Squama Sacrosancta.

Is Wastelander still his best artifact set? I know his ornament got updated, just checking if there's something better to throw on him. Using him mostly with Sunday, Aventurine or the new Dan Heng, and Ruan Mei (before anyone mentions her, no I don't have Sparkle /sad face)
