You will first need to reach Trailblaze Level 24 in order to unlock Fire Trailblazer. If you have not reached the required level yet, earn Trailblaze EXP by doing side-quests and spending Trailblaze Power in Calyxes, Echoes of War, Stagnant Shadows, and Caverns of Corrosion.
