Is Bailu Worth It?

Since Bailu is an Abundance character, it is usually worth it to invest in her since you usually need healers in more difficult parts of the game. Bailu's heals are decent and her Talent lets her prevent an ally from being knocked down, which can come in clutch in dire situations.

However, what Bailu's kit lacks is a cleanse and her Skill's extra healing for allies is randomly targeted. Other healers like Lynx can cleanse debuffs, which is often vital for enemies that can inflict debuffs on your party.

If Bailu's your only healer or you need another healer for your second team, then she's a good character to invest in.

Bailu's Best Builds

Healer Build

Bailu's build focuses on giving her HP% to make her heal stronger. The Messenger relic set gives her more SPD and also lets her buff her allies' SPD when using her Ultimate, which means more actions for both her and her allies.

Fleet of the Ageless provides her party with an ATK boost while also increasing her HP at the same time.

Bailu's Gameplay Guide

Heal and Protect Allies

Bailu's kit provides plenty of healing, ensuring no ally falls in combat. She also scales off HP, making her fairly durable when built right.

Restore Ally HP with Skill

Bailu's Skill Singing Among Clouds heals a single ally and then bounces to two random allies including herself. Try to treat this as a single-target heal instead of relying on pure luck to heal multiple allies.

Invigorate Allies with Ultimate

Bailu's Ultimate Felicitous Thunderleap heals all allies and buffs them with Invigoration. Invigoration heals allies struck by enemies, acting as a pseudo-shield. This allows Bailu to perform her Basic ATK and contribute Skill Points while still providing heals.
