Should You Pull for Serval?

Serval is a Lightning DPS that deals DoT damage through Shock and extends them through her Ultimate. Her Skill and Ultimate can both hit multiple enemies, which makes her perform well in stages that have multiple enemies per wave.

If you find her kit interesting or need a Lightning DPS that can deal with multiple targets and inflict Shock, then Serval would be a good DPS choice.

Serval's Best Builds

AoE Lightning DPS

This build allows Serval to deal more damage through her DoTs and her Ultimate. Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters will enable Serval to deal more DMG against debuffed enemies.

Firmament Frontline Glamoth increases her ATK and directly increases her DMG which is great for her DoTs, Skill, and Ultimate. Just make sure that Serval has at least 135 SPD for the set requirement.

Serval specializes in dealing strong Lightning AoE DMG to multiple enemies and can give Shock to enemies to deal damage over time with her Skill.

Ultimate Extends Shock

Serval's Ultimate can not only deal a huge chunk of DMG but can also extend the Shock duration of enemies affected by it. Use the Ultimate if the Shock effect will end on the current turn.

Defeat Enemies to Increase ATK

Mania, an unlockable ability at Character Ascension 6, allows Serval to increase her ATK by 20% for 2 turns after she takes out an enemy.

Ideally, you would want to defeat an enemy before using her Ultimate for optimal DMG.
