Mydei and Tribbie for Version 3.1
Tribbie and Mydei are the new characters featured for the Version 3.1 update. Tribbie is a 5-star Harmony and Quantum character that was released on February 25, 2025 for the NA Server and February 26, 2025 for Asia/EU Servers.
Mydei is a 5-star character that follows the Path of Destruction and uses the Imaginary element. He was released on March 19, 2025 for Phase 2 of Version 3.1.

Yunli and Huohuo Reruns for Version 3.1
Yunli had her first-ever rerun in the first phase of Version 3.1. Yunli was available in her rerun banner, Earth Hurled, Ether Curled, from February 25, 2025 until March 19, 2025 for the NA server.
Huohuo had another rerun during phase 2 of Version 3.1. Huohuo's rerun banner (Bloom in Gloom) was available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 for all servers.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 New Light Cones
Three new light cones were added in Version 3.1. If Time Were a Flower is Tribbie's Light Cone that was previously available in the first phase of Version 3.1.
Mydei's Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path was the featured 5-Star Light Cone in the second phase of Version 3.1. Memory's Curtain Never Falls is another new Light Cone that can be obtained in The Herta's Store.
Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 Rerun Light Cones
The rerun Light Cones for Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.1 are Yunli's Dance at Sunset and Huohuo's Night of Fright. Both Light Cones were available in the Bygone Reminiscence.
Version 3.1 Phase 1 featured Dance at Sunset while Phase 2 featured Night of Fright for Bygone Reminiscence.

Tribbie Banner Released on February 25
Tribbie's banner (Back to Fons et Origo) was available during Phase 1 of Version 3.1, from February 25, 2025 until March 19, 2025 for NA servers. For Asia and EU servers, they were available on February 26, 2025 instead.
Featured in Tribbie's banner are Lynx, Hook, and Guinaifen as the 4-Star Rate-up characters.

Mydei Banner Released on March 19
Mydei's banner (Fiery Lionheart) has been released for the second phase of Version 3.1. Mydei's banner was available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 for all servers.
Arlan, Xueyi, and Natasha are the featured 4-star characters that were available in his banner.

If Time Were a Flower was available from February 25, 2025 (NA Server) until March 19, 2025 alongside Planetary Rendezvous, Post-Op Conversation, and Trend of the Universal Market as the featured 4-Star Light Cones.
For the second phase, the featured 5-star Light Cone is Mydei's Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path. It was available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025 and featured A Secret Vow, Perfect Timing, and Memories of the Past as the rate-up 4-Star Light Cones.

Bygone Reminiscence has returned in Version 3.1. Phase 1 featured Yunli's Light Cone, Dance at Sunset while Phase 2 featured Huohuo's Night of Fright Light Cone.
Dance at Sunset was available from February 25, 2025 (February 26, 2025 for Asia/EU servers) until March 19, 2025 for NA servers. Night of Fright was available from March 19, 2025 until April 08, 2025.
Bygone Reminiscence Banner Guide
Version 3.1 New Trailblaze Mission
Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne is a new Trailblaze Mission in Version 3.1! It's the second part of the Amphoreus storyline and continues the story where the Trailblazer will have to travel to the Murmuring Woods - Grove of Epiphany.

Sactum of Prophecy - Janusopolis is a new area that was added in Version 3.1! In this new area, Trailblazers will be able to learn how humanity's first demigod came into being.

Version 3.1 New Planar Ornaments
Two new Planar Ornaments was released in Version 3.1! The two Planar Ornaments are Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding and Bone Collection's Serene Demesne.
These planar ornaments can be obtained through the Divergent Universe's Planar Ornament Extraction and by defeating the Savage and Mad God, Incarnation of Strife boss.

Version 3.1 New Boss
A new boss called the Flame Reaver of the Deepest Dark is now available in the Version 3.1 update! This boss can summon clones to the field to attack your party!
The boss also gains buffs by absorbing the clones it summons and can unleash attacks that may devastate your party if you allow it to absorb its clones.

Version 3.1 New Items
Three new items were added to Version 3.1 of Honkai: Star Rail. Tears of Souls is a new item that can be obtained from Divergent and Simulated Universe enemies. Tear of Souls can be used as a substitute for enemy material drops if you don't have materials during Trace leveling or character ascension.
Two new character ascension materials were also added in 3.1. Harbinger of Strife is an Imaginary character ascension material that Mydei will be using for ascension. Darkveil Moonlight is a character ascension material for Quantum characters that Tribbie will be using.
Version 3.1 Divergent Universe: Protean Hero
A new Divergent Universe update is now available in Version 3.1 called the Protean Hero. In this Divergent Universe update, there is the new The Golden Blood's Boon system as well as new gameplay.
Blessings, Equations,Weighted Curios, and more were updated in the Protean Hero.

The 3.1 Livestream announced a new Trailblaze Mission, new areas to explore, and details surrounding Tribbie and Mydei's kit. Banners and reruns were also announced.
