Moze is a Hunt unit who specializes in dishing out single-target DMG through Follow-up attacks. Moze can use his Skill to cast Prey on an enemy. When allies attack the Preyed enemy, Moze can unleash a Follow-up attack.
Most of Moze's DMG will occur outside of his turn, and his Prey effect can increase the Follow-up attack DMG taken by the enemy. This makes him an excellent Sub-DPS on Follow-up attack teams.
If you need a Sub-DPS for your Follow-up attack teams, then go ahead and pull for Moze and his Eidolons.

Moze is best built as your typical DPS with CRIT stats. Moze can use the Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters since the Prey state on an enemy counts as a debuff. Duran is Moze's best ornament since this can increase his CRIT DMG.
Thanks to Moze's Advance Forward mechanic from his Bonus Ability, you don't need to build him with SPD stats.

Since Moze has CRIT DMG from his Trace nodes, you should prioritize having a lot of CRIT Rate first to ensure most of his attacks CRIT. Once Moze's CRIT Rate is at least 80% or above, then you can prioritize his CRIT DMG next.
You will get a lot of ATK stats from the Feet and Rope pieces, so getting 2800 ATK should be no problem.

Moze is best used as a Sub-DPS in a Follow-up Attack team. The enemy marked by Prey needs to be attacked multiple times to unleash Moze's Follow-up attacks.
Feixiao will synergize well with Moze since his Follow-up attacks can help stack up Feixiao's Flying Aureus for her Ultimate. Feixiao's Ultimate counts as a Follow-up Attack, so the Prey state can help increase the DMG taken by the affected enemy.

Moze's Skill will deal Lightning DMG and inflict a Prey state to a single enemy. Moze will also gain nine Charge points when he uses his Skill.
When an enemy is marked with Prey from his Skill, Moze will enter the Departed State. In the Departed State, after allies attack an enemy, Moze will deal additional Lightning damage to the Enemy.
These attacks consume a Charge Point. After three Charge points are consumed, Moze will unleash a Follow-up attack on the marked enemy.
Moze's Ultimate will deal a ton of Lightning DMG to an enemy and then unleashes his Talent's Follow-up attack. Do note that when the Vengewise Bonus Ability is unlocked, his Ultimate counts as a Follow-up attack.
After using Moze's Techinque, he will enter Stealth Mode. When Stealtm Mode is active, Moze cannot be detected by enemies and can deal increased DMG for a certain number of turns in battle.

This guy was the main star bringing down Hoolay in the current MoC. Huo Huo, Hunt March, and Feixiao. I don't have Robin, Topaz, and Aventurine but I still managed to max clear.
