3.4 Character Buffs and Reworks

After the buffs, Silver Wolf's Ultimate hits multiple targets and also reduces their DEF instead of being single target.

Silver Wolf's Skill now prioritizes the type of the first character in the party, which will most often be the DPS character.

Silver Wolf will now also regenerate Energy at the start of the battle and at the beginning of each turn, which helps recharge her Ultimate faster.

With the release of Version 3.4, Silver Wolf's Effect Hit Rate requirements are lowered due to her kit not needing it as much compared to before.
Using two 2pc. SPD Relics and getting some SPD substats should be enough to get a lot of SPD. Lushaka, the Sunken Seas will be Silver Wolf's best Ornament for general use since DPS units shjould be positioned 1st when she is on the team.
| Stat | Recommended Value |

The Effect Hit Rate requirement of Silver Wolf's Skill to guarantee her debuffs are at 67% Effect Hit Rate when her Traces are maxed out.

The ideal Silver Wolf Build has a lot of SPD which helps her debuff the enemy before the DPS attacks. Any SPD Breakpoint from 160 SPD and beyond should help SIlver Wolf outspeed most enemies.
As Silver Wolf's other stats, CRIT Rate and ATK stats can increase her personal damage, but it's optional since she is meant to be a Support first.

Silver Wolf Ascension and Trace Materials

Silver Wolf is the first character that can apply Elemental Weakness to a target enemy. She can also apply debuffs to enemies via her passives, which apply every time she deals damage.
With this, she is mainly a support unit that needs a DPS to capitalize the debuffs she applies to enemies.
With Silver Wolf's Talent, all of her attacks have a chance to debuff enemies, making her work well as both a debuffer and SP generator. You also need to give her Light Cones and Relics that will increase her Effect Hit Rate to increase the chances of her Talent to apply!
Silver Wolf's Skill allows her to add an additional Elemental Weakness to a targeted enemy. The Elemental Weakness she applies on the enemy will match an ally's element, with the first character in the lineup being prioritized.
With this in mind, she becomes a very flexible unit that can force Elemental Weaknesses on enemies that match your strongest DPS.
| Trace | Scaling and Explanation |
|---|---|
| Basic ATK | System Warning: Deals Quantum DMG equal to 50% of Silver Wolf's ATK to one designated enemy. |
| Skill | Allow Changes?: There is a 80% base chance to add 1 Weakness of an on-field ally target's Type to one designated enemy target (prioritizes implanting the Weakness corresponding to the first ally target in the lineup), also reducing the enemy target's RES to that Weakness Type by 20% for 3 turn(s). If the enemy target already has that Type Weakness, the RES reduction effect to that Type will not be triggered. Each enemy target can only have 1 Weakness implanted by Silver Wolf. When Silver Wolf implants another Weakness to the target, only the most recent implanted Weakness will be kept. In addition, there is a 100% base chance to further reduce the target's All-Type RES by 10.5% for 2 turn(s). Deals Quantum DMG equal to 98% of Silver Wolf's ATK to this target. |
| Talent | Awaiting System Response: Silver Wolf can create three types of "Bugs": Reduce ATK by 5%, reduce DEF by 6%, and reduce SPD by 3%. After every attack launched by Silver Wolf, she has a 60% base chance to implant 1 random "Bug" that lasts for 3 turn(s) in the attacked enemy target. When the enemy target is defeated, the Weakness Silver Wolf implanted on it will be transferred to another surviving enemy on the field that hasn't been implanted with Weakness, prioritizing Elite targets and greater. |
| Ultimate | User Banned: There's a 80% base chance to decrease all enemies' DEF by 36% for 3 turn(s). At the same time, deals Quantum DMG equal to 228% of Silver Wolf's ATK to all enemies. |
| Trace | Scaling and Explanation |
|---|---|
| Technique | Force Quit Program: Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals Quantum DMG equal to 80% of Silver Wolf's ATK to all enemies, and ignores Weakness Types and reduces Toughness from all enemies. Enemies with their Weakness Broken in this way will trigger the Quantum Weakness Break effect.
Stat Bonus: 1. ATK +4.0% 2. ATK +8.0% |
| Bonus Ability | Side Note: For every 10% Effect Hit Rate that Silver Wolf has, additionally increases her ATK by 10% to a max of 50%.
Stat Bonus: 1. Quantum DMG +4.8% 2. Effect Hit Rate +8.0% |
| Bonus Ability | Inject: At the start of the battle, immediately regenerates 20 Energy. Silver Wolf regenerates 5 Energy at the start of her own turn.
Stat Bonus: 1. ATK +6.0% 2. Effect Hit Rate +6.0% 3. ATK +6.0% |
| Bonus Ability | Generate: The duration of "Bug" is extended for 1 turn(s). Every time an enemy target's Weakness is Broken, Silver Wolf has a 100% base chance of implanting 1 random "Bug" in that target. At the start of the battle, immediately regenerates 20 Energy. Silver Wolf regenerates 5 Energy at the start of her own turn. For every 10% Effect Hit Rate that Silver Wolf has, additionally increases her ATK by 10% to a max of 50%.
