How to Use Consumables

Accessible From the Inventory

Consumables can be used by bringing up your inventory and selecting which consumables you want to use. They can be used every except when you're in battle, inside the Simulated Universe, or the Forgotten Hall.

Usable inside the Simulated Universe in Star Rail 1.5

After the version 1.5 update, consumables will now be usable inside the Simulated Universe. Players can now take advantage of the effects that these consumables provide to your team!

Use the Auto-Use Consumable Feature!

In version 1.5, a new function was added to Honkai: Star Rail where players will now be able to use their consumables automatically. Make sure to use this function to remove the hassle of going into your inventory and selecting the consumable before each fight.
