The Herta is great for Difficulty X because of her kit and her ability to deal a lot of damage to small enemies with her Technique.
Propagation is her best path since it now provides Skill DMG bonuses. Erudition Blessings are also amazing for her since Brain in a Vat can let her access her Ultimate immediately, resulting in more Enhanced Skills. Elation can be considered if The Herta has a lot of Follow-up attackers in the party.

A Destruction Team with Mydei as the DPS can work wonders in both damage and survival. With that in mind, prioritize Destruction Blessings for the Blazar function and buffs to Survivalbility.
As for other Blessings, Propagation comes to mind since Mydei mostly deals Skill DMG and Erudition for Brain in a Vat and Ultimate related buffs.

With the introduction of the Harmony path, Break Teams are now viable in the Protean Hero update of Divergent Universe.
Get as many Harmony blessings as you can to deal a lot of Break DMG and use the new Harmonize mechanic. Your second priority should be getting Destruction blessings to increase survivability.

Acheron is the best DPS for the Erudition Path thanks to her absurd Ultimate DMG.
Erudition Blessings are the way to go not only for the Ultimate DMG, but Brain in a Vat's ability to restore her Slashed Dream to 9 stacks instantly. Nihility Blessings are also welcome since this team benefits from the enemies affected with debuffs.

For free-to-play options, Qingque is a great DPS when you use her in Divergent Universe, especially with a lot of Propagation Blessings. The Remembrance Trailblazer can help you deal more DMG and take advantage of the Remembrance Blessings you will get.
Prioritize getting Destruction Blessings that increase survivability for this team first since this team doesn't have a shielder. You can also use the Preservation Trailblazer to exchange offense for defense.
Best Golden Blood's Boons for Difficulty X
Tribbie's Boons are Recommended
Tribbie's Boons are the best ones for general use since they provide buffs that can be used by most teams. It also has the advantage of activating all your characters' Ultimates during the day.
Cipher's Boons Provide DMG Reduction
Choosing Cipher's Boons can help you reduce the DMG taken by enemies, which can help you survive against tough hits.
Cipher's Boons can also provide you with more Cosmic Fragment rewards and help deal increased DMG to Elite enemies.
Best Blessings for Difficulty X
Choose Blessings Depending on Your Team
The Best Path in Divergent Universe: Protean Hero will depend on your best team or the Equation provided to you. Any offensive Paths like Erudition, Propagation, Elation, Remembrance, and Harmony can work very well as long as you use it on the right team.
Focus on Destruction Blessings for Survival
Once you've collected the Blessings you need, focus on collecting Destruction Blessings to increase your party's survivability. This is especially needed in higher Protocols since the enemies there are a lot stronger.
Try to find Destruction blessings that provide DMG Reduction like Hypersonic Cloud Medium and Radiative Decay to help keep your party alive. Blessings that increase your healing and shield effect are also very helpful.
How to Beat Difficulty X
Collect the Blessings You Need
The key to beating Protean Hero Difficulty X is basically getting the right Blessings for your teams. You should spend your Cosmic Fragments mostly on purchasing Blessings in the store and overwriting unnecessary ones.
If you're not fond of the Equation or Blessings you get in the First or Second Plane, you can reset your Divergent Universe run until you get the ones you need.
Use Two Sustains in Plane 3
If your team has a hard time surviving in the Third Plane, you can opt to do a team with two Sustain units to increase your chances of Survival.
It is doable even if your team has fewer offensive units since it's the Blessings, Equations, and Boons that will carry you to victory.
How to Beat Ordinary Protocol
After completing Difficulty V for the first time, you will have the option to increase your Ordinary Protocol Level, making your Torturous Difficulty run harder. You can get Stellar Jades for completing all Ordinary Protocol Levels.
Beating the harder Ordinary Protocol Levels remains the same in that you will need the best Boons and Blessings.
