Sparkle is a very useful support for DPS units who consume a lot of Skill Points. Sparkle can Advance a character's turn forward and increase the entire party's DMG as long as an allied unit consumes a Skill Point.
Pull for Sparkle if you want to enhance your Mono-Quantum team or if you need a unit that can provide an abundance of Skill Points and provide turn advancement.

Sparkle's build needs the CRIT DMG stat to strengthen the buffs she gives to the Main DPS. SPD is also valuable so she can act more than once in one cycle.
At least 30% Effect RES is needed to activate the two-piece effect of the Broken Keel Ornament.

Go for a Fast Sparkle if you're going to use her with Slow DPS characters like Imbibitor Lunae or Qingque.
This enables the DPS to go right after Sparkle after she uses her Skill and is best used if the DPS uses an ATK Feet instead of SPD.
A Slow Sparkle Build allows the DPS to attack before and after Sparkle's turn. This is better suited for DPS characters who benefit from having a high amount of SPD.
Ideally, Slow Sparkle works best if she is 1 SPD lower than the DPS.

Sparkle's entire kit is fully utilized in a Mono-Quantum team. With all units having the Quantum element, Silver Wolf should have no problem implanting the Quantum Weakness onto enemies.
If the enemy you're up against is already weak to Quantum, you can replace Silver Wolf with another DPS or another Harmony unit.

Luocha is the best sustain unit for this team since he doesn't have to consume Skill Points to provide healing.

Sparkle's Skill increases a single unit's CRIT DMG and Advances Forward their action. This is similar to how Bronya's Skill works.
Do note that if Sparkle uses the Skill on herself, she won't be able to trigger the Action Advance effect.
When Sparkle is in the party, the maximum amount of Skill Points you can carry increases. When an ally uses Skill Points, it increases the DMG dealt by all party members.
Sparkle's Ultimate recovers four Skill Points for the party and applies Cipher to all units. When allies with Cipher use Skill Points, the DMG boost from Sparkle's Talent will be enhanced.
Activating Sparkle's Technique will grant the Misdirect effect onto allies for a short time. Characters with Misdirect will not be detected by enemies and recover Skill Points after entering combat.
