Break DMG Support Build

Ruan Mei needs a total of 180% Break Effect to max out the effect of her buffs. You can get just 160% Break Effect through Relic sub-stats and effects since the other 20% will come from her Bonus Ability.

You can use a 4pc. Hackerspace set or a 2pc. Hackerspace & 2pc. Thief set instead if you're able to reach 160% Break Effect through substats.

Despite Ruan Mei's kit scaling on Break Effect, using an Energy Regeneration Rope is more optimal as it enables her to charge her Ultimate faster. You can get Break Effect stats through sub-stats, traces, and relic sets.

Skill increases Break Efficiency

Ruan Mei's Skill allows her to increase the entire party's Break Efficiency (amount of toughness DMG taken by an enemy) and DMG for three turns.

Ultimate Increases All-RES PEN

Ruan Mei's Ultimate will summon a field that increases All-RES PEN for all allies for two turns. After an ally breaks an enemy's Weakness, Thanatoplum Rebloom will be implanted into that enemy.

Delay Recovery from Break

Thanatoplum Rebloom is triggered when enemies try to recover from Weakness Break, this prevents them from recovering from Weakness Break and delays their actions. Enemies will also deal additional Ice Break DMG when they try to recover from Weakness Break.

Talent Increases SPD

When Ruan Mei is on the field, her talent will provide a permanent SPD buff to all party members. Additionally, when other allies inflict Weakness Break on an enemy, Ruan Mei will deal additional Ice Break DMG.

Technique Triggers Skill

Using Ruan Mei's Technique, she gains Silken Serenade and will automatically trigger the Skill's effect at the beginning of combat.

Ignore Enemy Weaknesses in Simulated Universe

When Ruan Mei activates her Technique in the Simulated Universe, allies attacking target foes will deplete their toughness regardless if said enemy is weak to the element used or not.

For each Blessing in possession, the Toughness DMG will increase and bonus Ice DMG will be dealt.

Talent	Somatotypical Helix: Increases SPD by 8% for the team (excluding this character). When allies Break an enemy target's Weakness, Ruan Mei deals to this enemy target Break DMG equal to 60% of her Ice Break DMG.
Ultimate	Petals to Stream, Repose in Dream: Ruan Mei deploys a field that lasts for 2 turns. The field's duration decreases by 1 at the start of her turn. While inside the field, all allies' All-Type RES PEN increases by 15% and their attacks apply Thanatoplum Rebloom to the enemies hit. When these enemies attempt to recover from Weakness Break, Thanatoplum Rebloom is triggered, extending the duration of their Weakness Break, delaying their action by an amount equal to 20% of Ruan Mei's Break Effect plus 10%, and dealing Break DMG equal to 30% of Ruan Mei's Ice Break DMG. Technique	Silken Serenade: After using the Technique, gains Silken Serenade. At the start of the next battle, automatically triggers the Skill for 1 time(s) without consuming Skill Points. In Simulated Universe, when Ruan Mei has Silken Serenade, the team actively attacking enemies will always be regarded as attacking their Weakness to enter battle, and this attack can reduce all enemies' Toughness regardless of Weakness types.
