Most vehicles can be obtained by scanning them using your phone. Military Vehicles (except FND Convoy Vehicles) should be picked up and brought back to any Vehicle Pickup point for them to be registered as your own.

Best Location: Can be found near a boat pickup in GDP Oil Platform in Madrugada.

Take note that the vehicle can be random and you might find a different model or none at all at the same location on the images. When this happens, check back later after moving to a different area until it spawns.
