Venodiente

Venodiente is a crocodile variant hyperinfused with Viviro, as evidenced by the trail of red Viviro fumes it leaves behind. It's found in the swamps of Balaceras, on the western part of the Cocodrilo Swamps.

Sanguinario

Sanguinario is a jaguar - except more than twice their size and jet black in color. It only appears at night in the southern coast of Sierra Perdida.

Mamutito

Mamutito is an aggressive and more powerful version of the wild boars found across Yara. In the early stages, be careful when exploring the northern areas of Isla Santuario, specifically in Vencejo - you might just stumble upon this powerful beast.

Perros Demoniacos

These are the twin wolves of the Aguas Lindas area, just west of the Danzante Ridge. They are most noticeable thanks to their contrasting black and white features. Be careful - defeating one will definitely enrages the other.

How to Hunt Mythical Animals

Be on the Offensive

You don't have to worry about damaging any meat from these animals. They only drop one item and that is their respective pelts/leather which it will drop no matter what. So go in guns blazing immediately.

Knock Out Its Allies

One unique thing about these fights is that these animals will spawn their regular variants. These regular variants will be annoying as they can deal out extra damage in an already annoying fight. Defeat them first so you can focus on the Mythical Animal.

Exploit Weaknesses

Certain Mythical Animals have unique weaknesses. For example, Venodiente exudes Viviro fumes - and those fumes are flammable. Equip a gun with incendiary rounds and you can momentarily stun Venodiente, giving you time to attack it more.

Mythical Animals Rewards

Defeating the Mythical Animals will allow you access to various items that can exchanged at the Hunter's Lodge for a unique set suited for hunting animals.
