Region: Valle De Oro Located in Del Toro Port, Noventarmas.	The weapon can be found inside the manager's office. Blow up the brewery tanks to access the weapon.

During the Liquid Courage Treasure Hunt, the grenade launcher is safely stashed inside the manager's office. Getting in requires you to blow up the brewery tanks to have access to the vents leading to the manager's office.
