Treasure Hunt is located in Northeast of Aguas Lindas.

Using the key you got from Beatriz's guts, open the chest and collect your bounty.

During the Crocodile Tears Treasure Hunt in Aguas Lindas, after killling Beatriz, the killer croc, use the key to Luis' apartment found inside its belly. Climb up to the elevated shed using your grappling hook and open the chest.
