Senectus Guide

Add to Watchlist

Senectus Guide
Senectus is an enemy that can randomly appear during Nightmare Chaos runs in Chaos Zero Nightmare (CZN). Learn more about Senectus, its mechanics, and rewards with this guide!

How to Beat Senectus

Do Not Use Cards From the Same Combatant Consecutively

Senectus Combat Mechanic
When fighting Senectus, the core combat mechanic to keep in mind is to never consecutively use 2 cards from the same Combatant. Using 2 cards from the same Combatant consecutively will cause Senectus to attack immediately and raise your team's stress.

Defeat Senectus Before Turn 3

It is important that you burst down Senectus before Turn 3. After Turn 3, Senectus will grow stronger and inflict even more stress on your Combatants. The longer the fight goes, the more difficult it will be for you to win.

Use Fear Card If You Must

Fear Card
If you lack the DPS needed to defeat Senectus quickly, you can use the Fear card to escape. Upon using the card, you will need to win the dice roll to escape. Failing the dice roll will keep you in the fight, but you can use this card once per turn to try again.
