my favorite unit so far, it's preferable to pick discard card or combo+1 hit on anchor shot, my haru is lvl50 and deal like 2k-4k anchor shot each time
In late game build i swear Haru will be your good hitter just need maintain crit rate, crit damage in memmory fragment and Boom easy damage since Haru Card anchor pointer have epipany can give her easy 25% crit chance if your crit chance low for crit stability, or if your crit good enough we can move give anchor pointer vulnerable option for MORE damage
My experience with Haru has been terrible. Other characters with lower stats are dealing more damage than her, like Kayron and Mei Lin. Haru needs to stack Anchor Shot 5 times just to deal the same damage as other classes. When I look for people playing Haru, all of them either have Khalipe or a C2 Haru, making it feel mandatory to have a duplicate of her or Khalipe just to play her.
Haru is actually so goated. Her 3rd epiphany on "Anchor Shot" is genuinely the best option to pick. With Cassius and Mika, there's a TON of filler cards you can ignore (especially if Mika's ego manifest is at tier 2 so her healing becomes basically automatic), and with 100% + DMG on every discarded card, you can potentially double or even triple the damage if you can get enough cards and buffs. My current team is all lvl 40 with 40k save data and Haru can get around 900-1k DMG WITHOUT crits.
Character takes too long to ramp up to even start doing damage meanwhile Kahlipe with Beryl does more damage and clears faster, Haru's story was torture to do when forced to use her.
