S tier are for the cards that has draw with almost no drawbacks and it has exhaust so you'll have fewer cards to draw after shuffle. C tier for the cards that are only good inside chaos runs.
The best neutrals you'll ever need
Yeah. I understand that the card is just pure damage, but putting it in C is ridiculous, because it triples any buff played on it, and if you play something like Resonating Darkness, where you have ongoing +40%, you have 270% damage 1-cost card. Not to mention that there are opponents that limit the amount of damage you can deal to them in a single hit, and suddenly having a card that deals 3 instances of damage doesn't look bad.

The only s card should be this cause im broke
I don't want to be oh technically this C tier card is actually super OP in this exact specific circumstances where all the stars align. But just wanted to say that Consecutive Attack (1 AP, 50%*3 damage), paired with Rei's Dark Condensation (+100% damage), turns it into a 450% damage card for 2 AP. And if you get the epiphany for +150% damage, well then it becomes 600% damage for 2 AP.
