Ninja Lucina Builds and Best IVs
Ninja Lucina is a highly mobile offensive unit capable of inflicting mapwide debuffs at the same time.
The bulk of Ninja Lucina's strength comes from her exclusive assist, Future Focus.
Future Focus is a Swap that grants Ninja Lucina an extra action (similar to Future Vision from her other alts).
The main difference is that Future Focus grants the 【Future Witness】 and 【Null Follow-Up】 status effects to allies within 2 spaces of Ninja Lucina and the target ally being swapped, including themselves, and grants Special cooldown -1 to Ninja Lucina and the target ally.
【Future Witness】 is a new status effect that grants the affected unit 【Canto (2)】, Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, 7 damage reduction on the foe's first attack during combat, and applies a Scowl effect to the foe.
Ninja Lucina's offense comes from Ylisse Ninja Bow which grants a Brave effect, bonus stats, bonus damage based on Bonus and Penalty effects, 50% damage reduction piercing, an offensive Tempo effect, and Special cooldown -1 after first Special trigger in combat.
She can get up to +25 true damage, and with a brave effect on her weapon, she can heavily dent even the sturdiest of Savior tanks.

Valentine's Rhea Builds and Best IVs
Valentine's Rhea is one of the best, and arguably the best Near Save tank in the game (as of the time of her release).
Valentine's Rhea's Devoted Breath removes her dragon weakness and grants allies within 3 spaces Def/Res+5 and 7 damage reduction on foe's first attack, and grants a Miracle effect to allies within 3 spaces once per turn to protect them from defeat.
In combat, Devoted Breath grants Rhea bonus Atk/Def/Res equal to 20% of her Res, up to +15 bonus true damage and true damage reduction based on number of nearby allies (or 15 if she triggers a Savior effect), a guaranteed follow-up attack, 50% damage reduction piercing, and has a built-in Miracle effect.
This weapon provides great defensive support to allies in a wide area, especially with its Drive Miracle effect, which can be crucial in today's metagame ran by Emblem Lyn and her Ring.
Valentine's Rhea's Pure Dragon Wall has a built-in Phantom Res effect and grants Rhea 40-60% damage reduction on attacks and area-of-effect Specials depending on whether it's her first combat or not.
Pure Dragon Wall also inflicts Atk/Def/Res-5 on Rhea's foe in combat, grants Rhea bonus true damage equal to 20-30% of her Res depending on whether it's her first combat or not, a Null Guard effect, and if her foe has an offensive Special equipped, also grants Rhea a Scowl effect and a Preempt Pulse effect.
Pure Dragon Wall also grants Rhea +10 HP healing at the start of her turn and after every combat, giving her great sustain to remain healthy throughout battle.
Finally, Valentine's Rhea's Duo Skill grants a neutralizes foe's bonuses
status effect to Rhea and nearby allies upon use and applies 【Divine Vein (Stone)】 terrain to her occupied space and spaces two spaces away for 2 turns.

Brave Eikþyrnir Builds and Best IVs
Brave Eikþyrnir is a bulky Colorless Beast Armored unit that can set up an ally to trigger Savior against magic damage while retaining excellent bulk for himself.
Brave Eikþyrnir's exclusive weapon Tempered Antler has Barricade built-in and grants Atk/Def+6, 【Fringe Bonus】, neutralizes foe's bonuses during combat,
and【Null Panic】 to himself and allies within 2 spaces at the start of both player and enemy phase.
【Fringe Bonus】 is an updated 【Bonus Doubler】 effect that also checks for the highest bonus among allies within 2 spaces in addition to the unit.
More importantly, because it is an entirely new effect, it stacks with 【Bonus Doubler】 and 【Fire Emblem】, allowing players to stack all three of these Bonus Doubler statuses to create high stat gains!
Tempered Antler also has the bonus increasing effect all Eikþyrnir versions have, granting an additional +3 to each stat that has a visible bonus applied.
In combat, Tempered Antler grants Brave Eikþyrnir bonus Atk/Def/Res equal to 5 + 20% of his Def, bonus true damage, true damage reduction, and true damage reduction on specials equal to the highest total bonuses among himself and allies within 3 spaces.
Tempered Antler also has the standard Armored Beast transformation effects, granting him Atk+2 and Distant Counter.
Tempered Antler is a good weapon for defensive units, providing support to allies while also having all the effects modern weapons have such as bonus stats, true damage, and true damage reduction.
Brave Eikþyrnir's exclusive Special Mighty Roar boosts his damage by 60% of his Def when it triggers grants Res+6 and 【Magic Twin Save】 to either his support partner (if present) or to his ally with the highest Res at the start of player and enemy phase.
【Magic Twin Save】 is a new status effect that neutralizes adaptive damage and allows the affected ally to trigger Savior against breath, tome, and staff foes. Paired with his base kit's A/D Briar P Save, Brave Eikþyrnir alone can set up a Savior effect that covers all areas.
In combat, Mighty Roar grants Brave Eikþyrnir 40% damage reduction and a Special jumping effect (which will almost always pre-charge Mighty Roar), and triggers a Def check which grants him a Hardy Bearing effect if he wins the check.
With Brave Eikþyrnir sky high Def stat and various boosts, he will almost always win this Def check, which makes the Hardy Bearing a reliable effect to trigger in every combat.

Legendary Sakura Builds and Best IVs
Legendary Sakura is a hybrid offense/support Staff flier that counters a staple effect in the metagame, 【Canto Control】.
Legendary Sakura's exclusive Staff Salvage grants herself and nearby allies Atk/Spd+6, 【Salvage】, and the Orders warping status at the start of each turn.
【Salvage】 is a new positive status effect that grants the affected unit 【Canto (2)】 and an effect that nerfs 【Canto Control】 allowing the affected unit to move 2 spaces with Canto (if melee) or 1 space with Canto (if ranged) whenever the unit is affected by 【Canto Control】.
By far the most important effect of Salvage is allowing allies within 6 spaces of Legendary Sakura to warp to spaces within 2 spaces of her whenever those allies use Canto, even if moving to that space exceeds the Canto distance limit. This is a very unique effect that easily enables a Hit and Run strategy unlike any other skill or effect, especially when paired with units that have Emblem Celica Ring or similar effects.
Finally, in combat, Salvage grants Legendary Sakura bonus Atk/Spd equal to 6 + 20% of her Spd, bonus true damage equal to 15% of her foe's Atk, a Null Follow-Up effect, and neutralizes foe's Guard effects.
Legendary Sakura's exclusive C skill Quiet Strength grants nearby allies, and allies with the 【Salvage】 status Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5, +7 true damage per attack, 7 true damage reduction on foe's first attack, and a Preempt Pulse effect during combat.
In combat, Quiet Strength grants Legendary Sakura Atk/Spd+5, neutralizes Atk/Spd penalties on Sakura, and grants Sakura +7 true damage per attack, 7 true damage reduction on foe's first attack, a Preempt Pulse effect, and a 50% damage reduction piercing effect.
Quiet Strength can swing combat in Sakura or her ally's favor simply by existing, even if allies are far away from Sakura, making this a very versatile and useful C skill to equip.

Emblem Micaiah Builds and Best IVs
Emblem Micaiah is a colorless tome unit that performs as both a heavy nuker and a support at the same time.
The bulk of Emblem Micaiah's strength is found on her exclusive Special skill Great Sacrifice. It has 3 cooldown (2 after her accelerated trigger), boosts damage by 60% of her Res, neutralizes her foe's non-Special percentage-based damage reduction skills whenever it triggers, and grants Micaiah 40% true damage reduction once per combat whenever a Special is either ready or triggered for that combat.
More importantly, if Micaiah uses a Rally or movement Assist, Great Sacrifice restores 20 HP to allies within 2 spaces of both Micaiah and the target unit (including the target ally, but excluding Micaiah herself), cleanses 【Penalty】 effects on those allies, and grants Micaiah an extra action.
Great Sacrifice allows Emblem Micaiah to double as a support hero by healing allies and cleansing their penalties, while also retaining her action to perform an offensive nuker role as well with her high damage output.
Emblem Micaiah's exclusive weapon Maiden's Tome is quite capable as well. It has built-in Spectrum Detect, inflicting Atk/Spd/Def/Res-6 and 【Exposure】 on closest foes within 5 spaces of both Micaiah and the target ally or Micaiah and the ally targeting her after movement and on foes within 2 spaces of those foes.
Maiden's Tome also inflicts an additional Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 onto all foes with the 【Exposure】 status active during combat and those foes suffer guaranteed follow-up attacks in combat as well.
In combat, Maiden's Tome grants Emblem Micaiah up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14 based on the number of allies within 3 rows and 3 columns, bonus true damage equal to the highest total penalties among target foe and nearby foes, 7 true damage reduction on all of her foe's attacks, and a Preempt Pulse effect.
Maiden's Tome is a great support weapon, inflicting multiple debuffs to her foes while retaining high damage output.

Bridal Embla Builds and Best IVs
Bridal Embla is a new and blessable version of Embla which allows her to be used in Arena and Aether Raids without restrictions.
Bridal Embla is an excellent unit for Galeforce and Hit and Run strategies with her Closing Florets granting Special cooldown reduction to herself and one nearby ally (either the support partner, or the ally with the highest Spd) at the start of each turn, allowing her and the target ally to pre-charge their Special skills by up to -2.
Bridal Embla's exclusive C skill Absolute Closure is what sets her apart from Mythic Embla and Severance.
Absolute Closure also inflicts 【Undefended】 and 【Feud】 on foes within 3 columns or 3 rows centered on Bridal Embla, while also granting herself 【Dodge】and 【Penalty】 neutralization.
Absolute Closure has additional effects that make it an upgrade over Severance. If Bridal Embla is transformed, Absolute Closure grants Bridal Embla Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 and a Null Follow-Up effect, improving her combat further.

Eikþyrnir is a very sturdy unit that can provide buffs to his allies.
Eikþyrnir's Quieting Antler grants Atk/Def+6 and 【Bonus Doubler】 to himself and allies within 2 spaces at the start of each turn.
In combat, Eikþyrnir can stack multiple Atk/Def debuffs onto his foes with both Quieting Antler and Divine Strength, and then amplify his bulk further with Quieting Antler's true damage reduction.
It will take significant investment to bring Eikþyrnir down in one round of combat.

Læraðr is a tanky Colorless Beast armored unit that can cripple enemy foes at will.
Læraðr's main selling point is his Quieting Branch weapon, which inflicts Def/Res-7, 【Panic】, 【Sabotage】 onto the closest foes and foes near the target foe(s) at the start of each turn, and inflicts 【Assign Decoy】 and 【Flash】 onto both the melee and the ranged foes with the lowest Def among the same group of foes.
This start-of-turn effect massively cripples an entire group of enemies and forces the weakest foes to take attacks for their team, making it easier for Læraðr and his team to gain a numbers advantage by knocking out a foe immediately.
【Assign Decoy】 is also counted as a 【Bonus】 and not as a 【Penalty】, which means it cannot be cleansed by effects such as Freyr's Dream Deliverer or Attuned Micaiah's Silver of Dawn.
In combat, Quieting Branch inflicts an Atk/Def penalty to Læraðr's foe equal to 6 + 20% of Læraðr's Res, grants Læraðr Special cooldown count -2 before his foe's first attack, and grants Læraðr damage reduction equal to 20% of his Res, an additional similar damage reduction effect if his foe triggers an offensive Special, and 7 HP post-combat healing.
Læraðr's exclusive B skill Yggdrasill's Alter inflicts Atk/Def-7 and 【Discord】 onto foes that are within 2 spaces of other foes at the start of each phase, and inflicts an additional Atk/Def penalty in combat onto foes with the 【Discord】 status effect.
Yggdrasill's Alter also grants Læraðr bonus damage equal to 20% of his Res, a guaranteed follow-up attack, and neutralizes foe's non-Special damage reduction effects whenever Læraðr's Special triggers.
While Yggdrasill's Alter is a good skill, top players prefer to run Shield Fighter instead to make Læraðr as tanky as possible so he can continue applying debuffs with Quieting Branch.

This effect is similar to other Heiðrún variants, granting the powerful 【Divine Nectar】 status and an extra action to an ally.
Sweet Nectar also grants Heiðrún Atk/Def/Res+5, +7 bonus true damage, and +7 bonus true damage reduction in combat if Heiðrún is within 3 spaces of an ally, providing a small boost to her combat potential.
Sweet Nectar is the perfect frontline skill, granting offensive, defensive, and supportive effects while preventing foes from reaching the backline with its Bulwark effect.

Attuned Alm Builds and Best IVs
Attuned Alm is a speedy Colorless Bow Infantry unit perfectly built for a tankbuster role.
Attuned Alm's exclusive weapon True-Bond Bow allows him to warp to any space within 2 spaces of any ally within 2 spaces of him, giving him superior mobility compared to other units.
At the start of each turn, True-Bond Bow grants Atk/Spd 【Great Talent】 +2 and either Special cooldown count -2 (if Special cooldown is at maximum value) or Special cooldown count -1 (if Special is at maximum value -1).
Atk/Spd 【Great Talent】 +2 alone is a very powerful effect, granting raw Atk/Spd stats to Alm and his allies. Atk and Spd are two of the most important stats in the game, and True-Bond Bow provides these stats for free. The Special cooldown reduction effects can also be abused by equipping Specials that immediately get pre-charged upon triggering this effect.
In combat, True-Bond Bow grants Attuned Alm up to +14 bonus Atk/Spd/Def/Res dependent on number of allies within 3 rows and 3 columns, up to 30 bonus true damage and true damage reduction on foe's first attack (both dependent on the total value of Atk/Spd 【Great Talent】 already stacked on Alm), and 7 HP post-combat healing.
Attuned Alm's exclusive Special True Lunar Flash reduces foe's Def/Res by 35% and grants him boosted damage equal to 35% of his Spd.
True Lunar Flash also grants Alm 100% damage reduction piercing and completely disables his foe's defensive Specials such as Aegis or even Ice Tribe Fjorm's Dual Ice Mirrors.
True Lunar Flash allows Attuned Alm to hard counter Shield Fighter tanks by disabling their defensive Specials completely. Shield Fighter is one of the premiere defensive skills in the game, and Attuned Alm is one of the easiest counters to those. Simply plug and play and watch him burst down enemy tanks with ease.

Ferox Chrom Builds and Best IVs
Ferox Chrom is a bulky Colorless Bow Infantry unit capable of dealing massive damage.
His Gladiator Bow inflicts Atk/Def-7, 【Exposure】, 【Discord】, and 【Null Miracle】 on the closest foes to both Chrom and the ally, and to foes within 2 spaces of those foes every time Chrom uses an assist, and grants him a lot of bonus stats, up to +25 bonus true damage, a Desperation effect, and neutralizes his foe's Atk/Def bonuses.
Ferox Chrom's Conquering Fate exclusive assist is what makes him elite. It is a modified Reposition that also inflicts 【Isolation】 onto Chrom (and his pair-up cohort, if any) and grants 【Change of Fate】, Special cooldown count -1 to Chrom and the target ally, and also copies each other's 【Bonus】 effects and grants them to both units.
【Change of Fate】 is a new Bonus effect that grants 【Canto (2)】 , Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to the affected unit, and up to +15 bonus true damage based on the number of non-stat Bonus and Penalty effects active on the affected unit.
Conquering Fate is one of the best assists in the game, capable of both mobility and support. Duplicating Bonus effects for both Chrom and his target ally mid-turn is a very powerful effect and can be abused in teambuilding by bringing units that grant different Bonus effects to ensure maximum effectiveness.

New Year Heiðrún is a bulky offensive Colorless Tome Infantry unit that provides invaluable support.
New Year Heiðrún comes with Nectar's Magic instead of Divine Nectar from her base alt. The two skills are very similar, with the only difference being the in-combat effects.
Nectar's Magic grants the 【Divine Nectar】 status to New Year Heiðrún and her nearby allies at the start of both player and enemy phase. Then, if an ally with the 【Divine Nectar】 status uses a Rally or movement Assist skill, Nectar's Magic grants them an additional action.
The 【Divine Nectar】 status restores 20 HP to the affected unit as combat begins, keeping their HP high. This healing effect takes place after pre-combat damage effects from skills like Flared Sparrow and Occultist's Strike, making it a counter to these skills.
The 【Divine Nectar】 status also reduces damage from foe's attacks by 10 on the affected unit's first combat initiated by unit and the first combat initiated by foe during that turn. This helps keep the affected units alive, working well with the healing effect to ensure survival.
If New Year Heiðrún initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, Nectar's Magic grants her Atk/Def/Res+5 during combat and receives Special cooldown count -1 dependent on her Special skill:
Heiðrún's base alt has been terrorizing Astra/Anima seasons on Aether Raids due to Divine Nectar, and we expect New Year Heiðrún to continue this trend but on all seasons instead.
Offensively, New Year Heiðrún's exclusive weapon New Year Treats grants Atk/Res+6, Special cooldown count -1, and 【Charge】 to Heiðrún and an ally with the【Divine Nectar】effect active once that ally uses a Rally or movement Assist skill.
In combat, New Year Treats grants New Year Heiðrún bonus Atk/Def/Res equal to 5 + 20% of her Res and bonus true damage equal to 20% of her Res (both including when attacking with an area-of-effect Special), offensive Tempo, and 50% damage reduction piercing.
The in-combat effects being granted when attacking with an area-of-effect Special can be invaluable, as New Year Heiðrún can easily pre-charge area-of-effect Specials with both New Year Treats and Nectar's Magic. New Year Heiðrún is also an infantry unit, allowing allies to use skills like Infantry Pulse 4 to further accelerate her Specials.

Rune is a Colorless Tome Infantry nuke that provides support and can dish out significant damage with multiple true damage effects.
Rune's exclusive tome Oðr of Creation grants 【Empathy】 and a warping effect to Rune and nearby allies at the start of player and enemy phase.
【Empathy】 is a new positive status effect that grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res bonuses to the affected unit based on the number of types of non-stat 【Bonus】 and 【Penalty】 effects active on the player and enemy teams, capped at Atk/Spd/Def/Res+7.
In combat, Oðr of Creation grants up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14 based on the number of allies within 3 rows and 3 columns, neutralizes Rune's penalties, and grants Rune up to +25 bonus true damage (based on the number of 【Bonus】effects active on Rune and his foe), and an offensive Tempo effect.
Rune's exclusive B skill Font of Wisdom inflicts Atk/Spd/Res-7 on all foes that are within 2 spaces of another foe at the start of player and enemy phase. This effect covers the entire map regardless of distance, making Rune a powerful debuffer unit.
In combat, Font of Wisdom inflicts Atk/Spd/Res-5 on Rune's foe and inflicts additional Atk/Spd/Res penalties based on the highest penalty on each stat between the target foe and foes within 2 spaces of the target foe, and grants Rune bonus true damage equal to 20% of his Res, a 50% damage reduction piercing effect, and 7 true damage reduction on his foe's first attack during combat.
Oðr of Creation provides support with the 【Empathy】 and warping effects while also retaining significant nuking power with the bonus stats and true damage effects, while Font of Wisdom easily racks up Atk/Spd/Res penalties onto multiple foes, allowing Rune to deal maximum damage to crippled foes while also softening up his foes for his allies to burst through.

Fallen Lena Builds and Best IVs
Fallen Lena is a Staff Infantry unit that vastly improves her team's survivability.
Fallen Lena's exclusive weapon Martyr's Staff has built-in Wrathful Staff and grants Atk/Res+6, 【Bonus Doubler】, and a penalty neutralization effect to herself and nearby allies at the start of each phase.
In combat, Martyr's Staff inflicts Atk/Res penalties onto Lena's foe equal to 6 + 20% of her Res, grants Lena bonus true damage and a guaranteed follow-up attack.
More importantly, Martyr's Staff has fantastic supportive effects. It grants Atk/Res+5 to allies within 3 spaces of Lena, and it also grants a Miracle effect to the first nearby ally that would be defeated, while also restoring their HP completely after combat.
The Drive Miracle + Full Heal effect can be devastating if it triggers on a sturdy tank like modern Savior tanks. It already takes significant effort to bring them down, and having to do so essentially twice can be the deciding factor in winning or losing.

Mythic Loki Builds and Best IVs
Mythic Loki is a fantastic support unit that is a counter to common metagame strategies.
Most of Mythic Loki's utility comes from her exclusive C skill, Divine Deceit. Upon winning a Res check, this skill inflicts 【Gravity】 onto foes in cardinal directions of Loki, and inflicts both 【Ploy】 and 【Exposure】 on foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on Loki at the start of both player phase and enemy phase.
This effect cripples multiple opponents at once and is applied on both phases, negating effects like Odd Recovery from cleansing them when it is time to act.
Additionally, if any foe within 3 rows or 3 columns has ≥ 3 Bonus effects active (excluding stat bonuses) after start-of-turn effects trigger on either phase, Divine Deceit neutralizes those effects completely.
This is a huge counter to Omnitanking strategies aimed at buffing up one or two units significantly using Bonus effects, greatly weakening their combat potential and leaving them vulnerable to Mythic Loki and her allies.
Offensively, Mythic Loki isn't a complete slouch either. Loki's offensive strength comes from her new staff Supreme Thökk which grants 【Canto (1)】, a Wrathful Staff effect, a Time's Pulse effect, a guaranteed follow-up attack, bonus Atk/Res equal to 6 + 20% of her Res, and bonus damage equal to 20% of her Res.

Summer Heiðrún should be fifth. If it's not, what I'm sure about is that Læraðr is not the 5th best now
