Ninja Lucina Builds and Best IVs
Ninja Lucina is a highly mobile offensive unit capable of inflicting mapwide debuffs at the same time.
The bulk of Ninja Lucina's strength comes from her exclusive assist, Future Focus.
Future Focus is a Swap that grants Ninja Lucina an extra action (similar to Future Vision from her other alts).
The main difference is that Future Focus grants the 【Future Witness】 and 【Null Follow-Up】 status effects to allies within 2 spaces of Ninja Lucina and the target ally being swapped, including themselves, and grants Special cooldown -1 to Ninja Lucina and the target ally.
【Future Witness】 is a new status effect that grants the affected unit 【Canto (2)】, Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, 7 damage reduction on the foe's first attack during combat, and applies a Scowl effect to the foe.
Ninja Lucina's offense comes from Ylisse Ninja Bow which grants a Brave effect, bonus stats, bonus damage based on Bonus and Penalty effects, 50% damage reduction piercing, an offensive Tempo effect, and Special cooldown -1 after first Special trigger in combat.
She can get up to +25 true damage, and with a brave effect on her weapon, she can heavily dent even the sturdiest of Savior tanks.

Halloween Askr Builds and Best IVs
Halloween Askr is a bulky Colorless Beast unit that can frontline and support the team at the same time.
Halloween Askr's Horn of Harvest has a built-in Bulwark effect and a Breath of Life 4 effect, protecting his team and making them tougher to defeat with the additional pre-combat healing.
In combat, Horn of Harvest inflicts Atk/Def penalties of up to Atk/Def-15 onto Askr's foe based on number of allies within 3 spaces, reduces the effect of 【Deep Wounds】 by half, and grants Askr both true damage and true damage reduction equal to 20% of his Def.
Halloween Askr's exclusive C skill Connected World allows him to transform if Halloween Askr is either within 2 spaces of any allies from a different title. It also allows him to transform immediately upon the start of battle if he is on an Aether Raids Defense team.
At the start of each turn and each enemy phase, Connected World grants Atk/Def+6, 【Resonance: Blades】, 【Resonance: Shields】, a 50% damage reduction piercing effect, and a Time's Pulse effect to Askr and all allies within 3 spaces. This effect is fantastic at buffing up allies and making them more difficult to defeat in combat.
In combat, Connected World grants Askr Atk/Def/Res+5 and 40% damage reduction on his foe's attacks, and a Special cooldown count -1 effect if his Special cooldown count is at its maximum value. Connected World also grants allies within 3 spaces of Askr a similar post-combat Time's Pulse effect.

Brave Robin (F) Builds and Best IVs
Brave Robin (F) is a support/offense hybrid unit that can shape the battlefield to her favor while also crippling her foes and dealing significant damage as well.
Brave Robin (F)'s exclusive weapon Exalt's Tactics creates 【Divine Vein (Ice)】 terrain after she acts, after she uses an Assist skill on an ally, or at the start of enemy phase in Aether Raids, and has in-combat effects that swing combat in her favor.
【Divine Vein (Ice)】 is breakable, impassable terrain that prevents foes from occupying affected spaces until they break those tiles. Allies can occupy and move past 【Divine Vein (Ice)】 tiles without restrictions. This Divine Vein is essentially a one-sided road block that protects your team from enemy engagements.
Exalt's Tactics also has in-combat bonuses, the most important of which is damage reduction piercing whenever Robin triggers her Special.
Brave Robin (F) also has According to Plan, which inflicts 【Hush Spectrum】 and 【Panic】 on closest foes and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes and grants Atk/Spd+6 and 【Canto (1)】 to Brave Robin (F) and her allies within 2 spaces at the start of each turn.
In combat, According to Plan grants Robin true damage and true damage reduction based on her active Bonuses and her foe's active Penalties, heavily skewing combat in her favor.

Bridal Embla Builds and Best IVs
Bridal Embla is a new and blessable version of Embla which allows her to be used in Arena and Aether Raids without restrictions.
Bridal Embla is an excellent unit for Galeforce and Hit and Run strategies with her Closing Florets granting Special cooldown reduction to herself and one nearby ally (either the support partner, or the ally with the highest Spd) at the start of each turn, allowing her and the target ally to pre-charge their Special skills by up to -2.
Bridal Embla's exclusive C skill Absolute Closure is what sets her apart from Mythic Embla and Severance.
Absolute Closure also inflicts 【Undefended】 and 【Feud】 on foes within 3 columns or 3 rows centered on Bridal Embla, while also granting herself 【Dodge】and 【Penalty】 neutralization.
Absolute Closure has additional effects that make it an upgrade over Severance. If Bridal Embla is transformed, Absolute Closure grants Bridal Embla Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 and a Null Follow-Up effect, improving her combat further.

Legendary Alear (M) Builds and Best IVs
Legendary Alear (M) is an Earth Legendary hero with dual phase potential.
Legendary Alear (M)'s exclusive weapon skill Divine One's Arts attacks twice on both phases and grants him Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat.
It also inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-X on Alear's foe, where X is 4 plus three times the number of distinct game titles among allies within 3 spaces of Alear (total penalties capped at -10), cuts the foe's non-Special damage reduction effects in half, and inflicts Special cooldown count +1 onto his foe before foe's first attack if his foe has an offensive Special and Alear wins a Res check.
What makes Legendary Alear (M) truly stand out is his exclusive A skill Emblems' Miracle. It has a built-in Distant Counter effect and grants him Atk/Spd/Def/Res+9 and 40% damage reduction on his foe's first attack during combat.
Emblems' Miracle also grants Alear a Miracle effect if Alear has 3 or more allies nearby and his foe initiates combat, while also fully restoring his HP after combat if he survives. The Miracle and recovery effect is only applied once per map, but it is incredibly effective at keeping Alear healthy and allowing him to survive a critical blow.

Askr dishes out bovine brutality on his way to our list. His Illuminating Horn has way too many effects to list briefly, but the most important effects are the true damage and true damage reduction based on his already high Def stat.
True damage cannot be reduced by most damage reduction effects, and true damage reduction is flat and is applied after percentage-based damage reduction effects.
For example: if Askr has 60 Def, his attacks deal at least 12 damage, and foe's attacks are reduced by 12 damage. Period.
His exclusive C skill Opened Domain has joint drive Time's Pulse, joint drive【Resonance: Blades】, and joint drive 【Resonance: Shields】as long as he has one nearby ally that is from a different game title (not a Fire Emblem Heroes Original Character). Not only is this effect beneficial for him (activating his Atk/Def Ideal 4), it helps his allies tremendously, especially those reliant on triggering Specials like Galeforce!

Eikþyrnir is a very sturdy unit that can provide buffs to his allies.
Eikþyrnir's Quieting Antler grants Atk/Def+6 and 【Bonus Doubler】 to himself and allies within 2 spaces at the start of each turn.
In combat, Eikþyrnir can stack multiple Atk/Def debuffs onto his foes with both Quieting Antler and Divine Strength, and then amplify his bulk further with Quieting Antler's true damage reduction.
It will take significant investment to bring Eikþyrnir down in one round of combat.

Brave Corrin (F) Builds and Best IVs
Brave Corrin (F) is a speedy colorless armored manakete that excels defensively while protecting her allies at the same time.
Her exclusive weapon Vallastone inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 onto her foe and grants Corrin a Null Follow-Up effect and 30% damage reduction in combat.
Vallastone also applies 【Divine Vein (Stone)】 to Corrin's current occupied space and all spaces within 2 spaces of herself for one turn after she acts. She doesn't have to attack to create the Divine Veins; simply moving and ending turn creates them.
Brave Corrin (F)'s base kit has five sources of damage reduction with Vallastone's 30%, the 【Divine Vein (Stone)】 effect reducing damage from Specials, Armored Floe's 40%, Realms United's flat 7 reduction, and Counter Roar 4's 30%. The base kit is the most common set players will encounter and it is very difficult to bring down without a way to pierce through damage reduction.

Bridal Tiki (Adult) Builds and Best IVs
Bridal Tiki (Adult) is a very sturdy colorless armored manakete capable of functioning both offensively and defensively. Her Twin Divinestone grants multiple powerful effects, most notably a Dragon Wall effect and de-pulsing her foes before combat, preventing them from triggering their Specials.
In addition to Twin Divinestone, Bridal Tiki (Adult) also carries New Divinity similar to her Brave counterpart. New Divinity is an improved Dragon Wall 3 that also inflicts Atk/Res-5 on her foe and prevents their follow-up attacks if Bridal Tiki (Adult)'s HP ≥ 40%.
These two skills have stacking damage reduction and also have a pseudo Null Follow-Up effect, granting Tiki a guaranteed follow-up attack while preventing her foe's own follow-up. Enemies will require their own Null Follow-Up effect in order to enter combat fairly.

Medeus is a Dark Mythic hero with key abilities that protect his team from metagame threats.
He grants 【En Garde】to himself and his nearby allies at the start of the turn, protecting them from non-combat damage such as Bolt Tower, Bolt Trap, Savage Blow 3, and even self-recoil skills like Fury 4 and Distant Storm.
His exclusive B skill Assured Rebirth can grant him up to 60% damage reduction with the proper team support.
He also comes with Canto Control 3, a much-needed skill in the metagame. This skill neuters hit-and-run strategies involving popular units with Canto like Yuri, Brave Eirika, and carriers of the Trace skills!

Summer Alear (F) Builds and Best IVs
Summer Alear (F) is a flexible unit that excels in multiple roles on either phase.
Summer Alear's Maritime Arts attacks twice on both phases, grants Alear Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 and damage reduction on her foe's first attack equal to 5x the total number of distinct game titles among allies (excluding Alear) and the number of Engaged allies (excluding Alear), inflicts an Atk/Spd/Def/Res penalty onto her foe equal to 4 plus the number of distinct game titles among allies within 3 spaces of Alear, x3 (max penalty of 10), and neutralizes effects that slow down Alear's Special cooldown charges during combat.
Maritime Arts 's effects vary based on the origins of Alear's allies and whether those allies are Engaged with Emblem Hero effects or not. Maximizing this weapon's effects during team selection and before the battle begins is important in ensuring Summer Alear (F) can perform at her best.
Summer Alear (F)'s exclusive Special skill Bond Blast boosts damage by 50% of her Spd whenever it triggers.
More importantly, it grants Alear, her support partner, and any ally with the 【Bonded】 status effect the ability to neutralize their foe's non-Special percentage-based damage reduction effects.
The 【Bonded】 status effect is granted to Alear's allies with the highest Atk within 2 spaces of Alear at the start of each turn if Alear is not on a team with her support partner.

Valentine's Myrrh Builds and Best IVs
Valentine's Myrrh is a sturdy tank unit capable of protecting her allies with a Far Save effect and preventing warping from her foes.
Her weapon, Loving Breath, has a built-in Distant Counter effect, creates a large Atk stat swing by decreasing her foe's Atk and increasing her own, grants Res-based dmaage reduction and Special cooldown charges per attack, and provides post-combat healing to keep Myrrh healthy.
Darkling Dragon, Myrrh's exclusive C skill, grants Def/Res+6 and 【Warp Bubble】 to herself and either her support partner (if present) or to the ally with the highest Def within two spaces.
【Warp Bubble】 is a great effect that originated from Legendary Myrrh which prevents foes from warping into spaces within 4 spaces of the unit with this status effect. Skills like Assault Troop 3 or Wings of Mercy 4 become more difficult to utilize when this status effect is present!
In combat, Darkling Dragon slows down the foe's Special cooldown charges per attack, cuts the effectiveness of foe's non-Special damage reduction skills in half, and has a built-in Far Save effect that covers nearby allies from ranged attacks and grants Atk/Def/Res+4 to Valentine's Myrrh in combat.

Wind Tribe Kagero Builds and Best IVs
Wind Tribe Kagero is a powerful offensive cavalry hero capable of defeating her foes and retreating back to safety with ease.
Kagero's exclusive weapon Brightwind Fans grants her 【Canto (Dist.; Max 3)】, which is a Canto effect equal to the number of spaces she moved this turn (capped at 3).
In combat, Brightwind Fans grants Kagero Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5, an Atk/Spd bonus equal to 20% of her Spd, and neutralizes effects that slow down her Special cooldown charges.
Additionally, if Kagero initiates combat, Brightwind Fans grants her 50% damage reduction on her foe's first attack, and Kagero's next attack deals damage equal to the total damage reduced. This effect allows her to survive attacks she otherwise wouldn't have, and the additional burst damage can heavily dent even sturdy tank units.
Wind Tribe Kagero also has a Duo Skill which grants her Special cooldown count-1, +1 movement, and neutralizes foe's bonuses during combat
for 1 turn.
These effects allow Kagero to reach enemies she previously couldn't and burst them down with a faster Special trigger.

Winter Yunaka Builds and Best IVs
Winter Yunaka is a powerful dagger unit who can take advantage of her mobility to simultaneously decrease the damage reduction of enemies and boost her own. This is made possible by her signature weapon, the Silent Yule Knife, which only calculates the starting and ending points when initiating combat to trigger these effects.
If all conditions are met, she can achieve up to a 90% damage reduction, gaining a flat 30% multiplier for each movement space she takes. This effect also penalizes the foe's non-Special damage reduction by up to 90%, 30% for each space she moves. Additionally, if she lands on difficult terrain or is within two spaces of Divine Veins, the damage reduction and damage reduction cut effects are immediately raised to the maximum amount of 90%!
Common metagame units rely on non-Special damage reduction skills to survive the high damage output of other metagame units. Winter Yunaka bypasses these effects, utilizing her damage reduction cut effect to heavily dent bulky foes and outright defeat glass cannon enemies with ease.

Niðavellir Builds and Best IVs
Niðavellir is a very mobile heavy hitter that can nuke down his enemies with ease and then retreat to safety with his superior mobility.
Niðavellir's exclusive weapon Niðavellir Ballista grants 【Canto (Dist. +1; Max 4)】 during turns 1 through 4, giving Niðavellir exceptional mobility compared to other ranged cavalry units.
Niðavellir Ballista also grants Niðavellir Special cooldown count-3 and 【Hexblade】 at the start of turns 1 through 4, immediately pre-charging his Special skill. The Special skipping effect is devastating when paired with hard hitting Specials or area-of-effect Specials, as Niðavellir can immediately nuke down his foes with ease using his high mobility before they can even reach him. The 【Hexblade】 effect is more niche, but can also be useful when facing sturdy physical tanks.
Niðavellir Ballista also grants Special cooldown count-1 and 【Hexblade】 to allies within 2 spaces at the start of turns 1 through 4. While these effects aren't as good as the ones Niðavellir grants himself, these are also incredibly beneficial and can even stack with similar effects like Time's Pulse 4 to immediately pre-charge the Special skills of his allies.

Rearmed Tana Builds and Best IVs
Rearmed Tana is an offensive Bow Flier with skills that can help her be extremely mobile during team fights.
Arcane Náströnd provides Special cooldown -1 while effectively granting her Atk/Spd/Def/Res +5 during combat. It also gives 30% damage reduction during combat and a boost in Atk based on foe's cooldown.
This is also the first Arcane Bow weapon, which allows you to share it with other Bow units of your choice the first time you use her as source material!
Soaring Wings is a great passive B skill that provides Tana excellent mobility. It allows her to use 【Canto (1)】 and Guidance without the skill's ally-based restriction. As long as there are two allies within two spaces, Tana can make her way within two spaces of them.
Additionally, Soaring Wings has a built-in Clash effect that helps her inflict debuffs on foe's Spd/Def based on the number of spaces from start to end position of whoever initiates the battle.
Finally, Tana also comes with Guidance 4, which not only provides her infantry and armored allies with movement options, but also Atk/Spd +3 during combat. With the additional speed, her allies can easily get the offensive half of Null Follow-Up, which in this case, triggers if units have higher Spd than of foe's.

Fallen Veyle Builds and Best IVs
Fallen Veyle is a valuable support hero with unique abilities to aid her teammates.
Fallen Veyle's exclusive tome Fell Child's Might grants 30% damage reduction to Veyle's allies within 2 spaces of her during their combat.
If Fallen Veyle initiates combat or is fighting a ranged foe, Fell Child's Might inflicts Atk/Res-6 and an additional Atk/Res penalty equal to 20% of Veyle's Res onto her foe, grants 30% damage reduction to Veyle for each of her foe's attacks, and grants Special cooldown charge +1 to Veyle per attack during combat.
Additionally, if Fallen Veyle's Res ≥ foe's Res+10 during combat, Fallen Veyle attacks twice, giving her great offensive capabilities on top of her excellent support.
Fallen Veyle's exclusive C skill Fell Successor inflicts Atk/Res-5 onto her foe during combat and grants Atk/Def/Res+4 to her allies within 2 spaces during their combat.
More importantly, if Fallen Veyle wins a Res check, Fell Successor inflicts Special cooldown count +1 onto her foe and her ally's foes before their first attack during combat, and if the foes are ranged units, Fell Successor inflicts another Special cooldown count +1 onto the foes before their follow-up attacks.
This Scowl effect prevents foes from triggering their offensive Special skills, greatly increasing the survivability of Veyle and her allies.

Sparkling Sun also grants Summer Ymir 75% damage reduction against area-of-effect Specials, 75% damage reduction against her foe's first attack if her foe can make a follow-up attack, and 10 HP post-combat healing to sustain her throughout multiple engagements.
Summer Ymir also comes with Everliving Domain which grants Def/Res+4 to nearby allies and provides a Joint Drive Miracle effect, protecting Summer Ymir and her nearby allies from falling to heavy nukers that deal massive damage in one hit.

Elimine is an Astra Mythic hero who can shut down all At start of turn
based skills of foes in cardinal directions thanks to her weapon Staff of the Saint. Using this effect, Elimine can shut down entire teams' gimmicks and strategies. Some examples of Aether Raids defense strategies she shuts down are Catria Balls, L!Sigurd-based Cavlines, Return Traps, and Infantry Pulse teams.
Elimine can anso function beyond her Staff of the Saint. Her unique C skill Holy Ground provides 30% damage reduction to allies within 2 spaces of Elimine, and it buffs Def/Res+4 on top of the damage reduction! This skill is like Flayn's Caduceus Staff, Close and Distant Guard put together into one skill.
Take note to not rely on Staff of the Saint if the enemy team has Freyr, as it will be negated!

Fallen Maria Builds and Best IVs
Fallen Maria is a fantastic support unit, especially in maps where your units are clumped up together.
Sacrifice Staff is one of Fallen Maria's best highlights. It is a meta-defining staff that helps one nearby ally survive dangerous combats and fully recover all missing HP after, similar to the defensive half of Legendary Fae's Life Unending. She only needs to be within two spaces for this effect to trigger.
With her powerful staff, she stands out as the best candidate for teams with save tanks and omnitanks, and for units with Vantage as their kit's foundation.

Halloween Flayn Builds and Best IVs
Halloween Flayn is a fantastic support unit that can provide both Special acceleration and damage reduction to nearby allies at the same time with Kitty-Cat Parasol.
Halloween Flayn's stat spread is also skewed heavily towards Atk and Res, allowing her to fulfill a secondary magic tank role if it becomes necessary. More importantly, Flayn's high Res stat can be enhanced with skills like Still Water 4 to reliably trigger Def/Res Ploy 3 and be a counter to Legendary Robin (M), a very common top tier metagame unit.
Fulfilling multiple supportive roles at the same time makes Halloween Flayn one of the best support units in the game.

Hortensia is a flying staff unit capable of a wide range of buffs and debuffs to swing combat in her team's favor.
She comes with Arcane Charmer which restores 7 HP to all allies within 3 spaces of Hortensia after their own combat ends, granting sustain to the rest of Hortensia's team passively.
Offensively, Arcane Charmer grants Hortensia Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5, a guaranteed follow-up attack, Special cooldown charge +1 per attack, and a bonus 7 damage per attack. These effects all add up to make Hortensia an offensive threat capable of dealing significant damage in combat.
However, it is Hortensia's exclusive C skill Glittering Anima which separates her from the rest of the Staff fliers.
Glittering Anima grants a visible Atk/Spd+6 bonus, 【Canto (1)】, and a status effect that neutralizes penalties to herself and all allies within 3 spaces at the start of each turn. This effect is incredibly powerful, boosting offenses and granting post-combat mobility to your team, even to allies who otherwise cannot obtain Canto effects such as armored units.
Glittering Anima also inflicts a visble Spd/Res-6 penalty, 【Panic】, and 【Discord】 to the closest foe(s) to Hortensia and all foes within 3 spaces of those foes. This effect can be applied at any distance, making Hortensia viable at any point in battle.
Finally, Glittering Anima also grants Hortensia Atk/Spd+5 in combat and neutralizes effects that slow down her Special cooldown charges, allowing her to trigger her Special reliably.

Mythic Loki Builds and Best IVs
Mythic Loki is a fantastic support unit that is a counter to common metagame strategies.
Most of Mythic Loki's utility comes from her exclusive C skill, Divine Deceit. Upon winning a Res check, this skill inflicts 【Gravity】 onto foes in cardinal directions of Loki, and inflicts both 【Ploy】 and 【Exposure】 on foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on Loki at the start of both player phase and enemy phase.
This effect cripples multiple opponents at once and is applied on both phases, negating effects like Odd Recovery from cleansing them when it is time to act.
Additionally, if any foe within 3 rows or 3 columns has ≥ 3 Bonus effects active (excluding stat bonuses) after start-of-turn effects trigger on either phase, Divine Deceit neutralizes those effects completely.
This is a huge counter to Omnitanking strategies aimed at buffing up one or two units significantly using Bonus effects, greatly weakening their combat potential and leaving them vulnerable to Mythic Loki and her allies.
Offensively, Mythic Loki isn't a complete slouch either. Loki's offensive strength comes from her new staff Supreme Thökk which grants 【Canto (1)】, a Wrathful Staff effect, a Time's Pulse effect, a guaranteed follow-up attack, bonus Atk/Res equal to 6 + 20% of her Res, and bonus damage equal to 20% of her Res.

Tina is a support unit built to counter the metagame.
Tina's exclusive weapon Thief takes all the 【Bonus】 effects of the foe with the most non-stat 【Bonus】 effects active away from them and grants them all to Tina at the start of each turn, while also neutralizing 【Bonus】 effects active on that foe, essentially stealing the 【Bonus】 effects away.
Certain heroes and team compositions rely on multiple 【Bonus】 effects to function, and Tina can just strip it all away from one hero from anywhere on the map. This makes Tina a great unit against these team compositions, but only average against teams that do not rely on visible 【Bonus】 effects.
This effect triggers at the start of each turn and has global range, making Tina useful immediately without her entering combat at all.

Valentine's Elise Builds and Best IVs
Valentine's Elise is an offensive Staff Cavalry with an optimized kit and stat spread.
She brings the first offensive Special for Staff units in Holy Pressure, and an upgraded Wrathful Staff 3 in Poetic Justice.
Valentine's Elise has impressive 43/46 offenses, deals 15% of her foe's Atk as bonus damage through Poetic Justice, and can apply both Flash and 【Gravity】 onto multiple foes. Her Duo Skill also grants 【Dominance】 to herself and her nearby allies, while inflicting Def/Res-7 onto multiple foes.
Valentine's Elise also has the advantage of coming out of the box with an optimal kit, removing the need for any significant investment.
