Calculates damage from staff like other weapons. Inflicts Spd/Res-4 on foe and neutralizes effects that grant "Special cooldown charge +X" to foe or inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat.

At start of turn, if unit's Special cooldown is at its maximum value, grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit. At start of turn, if any infantry ally's Special cooldown count is at its maximum value and that ally's max HP < unit's max HP, grants Special cooldown count-1 to that ally. The best IVs for Tina are +Spd and -Def. Spd is a superboon and brings up Tina's Spd to base 50, allowing her to keep up with all the fast metagame units.

How to Use, Explanation

Tina's base kit is already good enough to function as both Infantry Pulse support and an offensive attacker. Squad Ace BS 3 is a great Sacred Seal that helps her with both of her roles.

Tina's exclusive weapon Thief takes all the 【Bonus】 effects of the foe with the most non-stat 【Bonus】 effects active away from them and grants them all to Tina at the start of each turn, while also neutralizing 【Bonus】 effects active on that foe, essentially stealing the 【Bonus】 effects away.

Certain heroes and team compositions rely on multiple 【Bonus】 effects to function, and Tina can just strip it all away from one hero from anywhere on the map. This makes Tina a great unit against these team compositions, but only average against teams that do not rely on visible 【Bonus】 effects.

Thief also inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 on all foes within 3 columns or 3 rows centered on Tina, and grants Atk/Spd+6 and bonus damage equal to the number of 【Bonus】 effects active on Tina x 5 (capped at +20).
