The best IVs for B!Cordelia are +Atk and -Res. A +Atk IV will further magnify her strength of having a high Atk stat. This also synergizes well with Brave Bow+, which is a weapon highly recommended for B!Cordelia. Her Res is already low, so it can be taken as her bane. If you choose to use a Firesweep Bow+ instead, it is better to use a +Spd IV with B!Cordelia.

How to Use, Explanation
This build uses the Firesweep Bow. Life and Death will max out her offensive ability, allowing her to take down most enemies who do not have extremely high Def stats. Cancel Affinity will allow her to battle evenly against any foes with Adept-Raven builds.

How to Use, Explanation
B!Cordelia has good a pretty good Atk stat to begin with, so equipping her with a Brave Bow and Death Blow will only heighten that firepower. Cancel Affinity will help to make sure any foes with Adept-Raven builds are unable to score any bonus damage on her.

B!Cordelia Strengths
High Offensive Power
B!Cordelia sports 47 Atk and 35 Spd at Lv.40. These are pretty high stats that allow B!Cordelia to easily take down a wide range of units. Characters with low Spd and Def are sure to be taken down by B!Cordelia even with little investment.
Powerful Assist Skill
B!Cordelia has access to the very powerful assist skill Rally Atk/Spd, which grants +3 Atk/Spd to allies. As B!Cordelia is a decent attacker, Rally Atk/Spd allows her to also become a supporting unit if ever attacking is not an option for her. Situations like these include fighting against a high Spd, High Def unit.

B!Cordelia has low survivability stats. If B!Cordelia is attacked, there is a high possibility that she will be taken out. Always be mindful of Cordelia's positioning in relation to the enemies who pose a threat to her in the enemy phase. Be wary of counterattacks as well as she can not take much punishment before going down.
