Resplendent Attire has been released for Nina. With their Resplendent Attire equipped, they will have a different appearance, have new voice clips, and additionally, gain +2 to all stats. If you really like Nina or you want to make them stronger, you may want to buy a FEH pass and get the Resplendent Attire.

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Nina are +Atk and -HP. Nina already has decent Spd so increasing her Atk is better for improving her offensive ability. Her HP is of less importance to her, and since her Def is a superbane, it is best to take HP as her bane instead. Additionally, her HP can be raised via the Weapon Refinery.
We recommend a +Atk IV when merging Nina to 10. This is for the same reasons as above! At this point, and with Spy-Song Bow with the Special Effect Refine, she can reach decent levels of Atk/Spd. She can be a surprislingly reliable source of damage!

A triple Distant Def build for Nina to be able to check ranged opponents with ease. With the Def boost, she can tank bows and daggers too, but it is ideal that you only go against magic-wielding foes.

Spy-Song Bow's Special Effect Refine adds a lot of stats and a sustain mechanic to Nina so she can be a semi-tank of some sorts that can deal pure damage to foes when their Res is significantly lower than their Def. To ensure this, we pick up Seal Atk/Res 2, and Res Smoke 3 to lower enemy Res levels and reduce the damage they deal to Nina and her team. The 5 HP heals from Spy-Song Bow partly makes up for the damage from Fury 4. You can also run Push skills if you prefer. Swift Sparrow 2 gives her an extra boost in power when applying Res Smoke.

Spy-Song Bow's Special Effect Refine achieves two things:
The trigger conditions are very simple to meet if you prepare a lineup beforehand and it grants +6 Atk/Spd/Def/Res on top of the heals. It is pretty hard to pass on these effects! This makes this upgrade very valuable so be sure to get it once you can if Nina is one of your go-to units.

Nina is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Shining Bow+ gives Nina +7 pure damage when a foe's Def is significantly higher than their Res. This allows her to score a decent chunk of damage even on foes with high Def. If you want to take advantage of this, you can inherit Threat. Atk/Res 3 onto her or use a Res Ploy 3 Sacred Seal.
This is also true for the more powerful Spy-Song Bow
Spd/Res Link 3 buffs Nina and any ally who uses a movement-assist skill or receives one from Nina by +6 Spd/Res. Since Nina has access to Draw Back, she can make use of this skill to reposition an ally while providing them with buffs.
Nina's C skill Bow Valor will allow all bow users on the same party to gain 2x SP. This will make building your other bow units and learning their skills extremely quick and painless. If done on the weekends where a 2x SP multiplier is already in effect, or when a unit is receiving some kind of 2x bonus from an event or blessing, these bonuses stack, which will allow bow users to gain a ton of SP in no time.
Spy-Song Bow's Special Effect Refine achives 2 simple things; it improves Nina's statline and it provides her with some sustain. Read more about it in the Weapon Refine Section.
Nina's Res and Spd are on decent levels, but what hinders her survivability is her low HP and Def levels which sit at 35 and 16 respectively. If an enemy unit at has least 51 Atk, Nina will be taken out even without a follow-up attack. Be mindful of her positioning in relation to units that can easily take her out.

Nina can be used to inherit the skill Spd/Res Link 3. However, Nina has a rare useful skill in Bow Valor 3 which doubles the SP gained by bow units. You might want to keep her just because of take note that you can get Spd/Res Link 3 from Summer Fiora, an easy-to-access Heroic Grail unit.
