That thing threw scissors every time regardless of what it showed while moving the circles. Going to the rock every time is what had me win quickly. Only took 2 times correct to win
When i did the Handaconda battle there was one time where he showed paper at the start of the turn but changed it to rock when i let time fly, so i went to paper and when we revealed he did paper the same time as i did, but the last 2 turns i saw him doing the rock motion so i quickly went to paper without wasting time and he did indeed pick rock, so maybe whatever he shows first he'll do but if he changes for example from rock to scissors, i'd guess pick paper incase he is trying to trick you.
When I played he looked like he would do scissors, but he did paper. Then he showed paper and did rock. Showed rock played scissors!
I found that Handaconda switches between symbols every few seconds. The symbol switches are on a set timer, so it could be switched as you’re moving. The most effective strategy is to wait for Handaconda to switch the symbol, then immediately make your move. I haven’t tested this thoroughly yet, so this may be inaccurate, but I hope this helps!
I did this and I won every single time, you have to get to the space before he changes his hand, but this is right!!

To attack hanaconda during the Rock Paper Scissors part when you have an up arrow in front of you put a Rock Paper Scissors panel (doesn’t matter which panel) on the innermost ring(don’t worry Hanaconda won’t flick it away) & when you see Hanaconda’s hand in the shape of scissors for example put the rock panel right in front of Hanaconda and as soon as it’s hand is in the shape of scissors & providing you have an up arrow right in front of you go right up and attack and you will be successful
Same happened to me, but he chose paper :( So, sometimes he does the weakness of his weakness and end up hitting me with about 18 damage I guess.
You can try sliding some attack panels from any row to slide it to the 2nd row.
He shows rock = He uses paper He shows scissors= He uses rock He shows paper = He does scissors Is this boss made out of paper or black tape? I don't know if you know this , but if you write handaconda and Sandaconda, you'll notice that the letters at the beggining are the only letters that are different!
When I fight this boss there are no attacks on the second nearest row. What do I do?
I just faved the shadow hand and learned that when he does a hand gesture he will do the opposite Example if he shows scissors he will do rock Apologies if my info is wrong
This seems to hold true, but with one additional element: speed. If you take too long to decide or are slow to hit "A" at the right moment in the "Rock, Paper, Scissors" countdown, Hand will pull something else and you'll draw or lose. I tried it a few different ways/times and this seems to make the difference in whether the Hand's "tell" can be trusted.
It's not random. If the boss is showing: Paper it will use scissors Scissors it will use rock Rock it will use paper The boss will also change their choice if you take too long during battle.

I learned that before each attack if you pay attention to the hand it will show you what it’s most likely gonna choose. If the hand gets bigger it will throw you off just a bit so take a guess. But I paid attention to the hand and every time it used exactly what it showed. I beat him with two moves.
I tested previous commenters strategy and within two turn of rock paper scissors I was able to beat the Handaconda in less than 3 minutes so for me this strategy worked beautifully I would add also though do not give him time to sit in the middle and change what he's portraying, not entirely sure if this matters, but as soon as you see what he's showing turn the rings and move on the symbol you want accordingly
