Should You Pull for Moineau?

Pull for Her If You Are Running an Amber Team

Moineau

If you happen to be running a majority or full Amber team, Moineau can fit in with two roles: Support (debuffer) and secondary DPS.

Both her active skills inflict Enfeeble and Delay respectively. Enfeeble lowers an enemy's ATK, while Delay increases the cooldown time for an enemy's Active Skills.

Should you decide to use her as a secondary DPS, however, both her active skills hit hard (especially her second active skill, which can hit for up to 2450% of her ATK). She also copies all the buffs of the enemy with the most buffs (most likely the enemy's main carry), which can make her even more powerful in terms of damage output and/or tankiness.

One Copy Works for PvE Support

If you intend to use her as a support unit (especially in PvE modes like the Main Quest and Tower of Infinity), Moineau's useful even with just one copy. She does not even need her unique weapon unless you want to expand the targeting of her first active skill (which inflicts Enfeeble).

Needs Multiple Copies for PvP

But for PvP, Moineau will need to be raised up to at least LR so she will have the right stats to deal enough damage to enemies. She will also need her unique weapon upgraded all the way up to LR rarity as well since the UR and LR upgrades boost the damage of her second and first active skills respectively.

Pull If You Like Her Art

Moineau is the first witch in recent memory to look like a butler, complete with a jacket, shirt, and tie. She also appears to be the tallest witch yet at 174 cm, making her just as tall as Paladea.

With her suit and her background as an assassin-turned-butler-turned-Evelyn's protector, her art hits the right vibes for a "handsome lady" character that's typical of female butlers.

When Not To Pull For Moineau

You Already Have Milla and Winter Lunalynn

Winter Lunalynn and Milla already inflict Enfeeble and Delay on their own, while Moineau combines both of those debuffs in one package. If you already have those characters, however, you may not need Moineau to replace them unless you want to save on an extra witch slot.

You Don't Run an Amber Team

If you are not running an Amber team, you may not need to pull for Moineau especially since her average base SPD makes her workable with certain comps (Though this is not to say that she can't be given SPD runes).
