Most vehicles can be obtained by scanning them using your phone. Military Vehicles (except FND Convoy Vehicles) should be picked up and brought back to any Vehicle Pickup point for them to be registered as your own.

Best Location: Can be found inside the garage of the FND 2nd Armored Division Military Target.

Take note that the vehicle can be random and you might find a different model or none at all at the same location on the images. When this happens, check back later after moving to a different area until it spawns.

Can Be Found in FND Military Targets

The 1944 Petrov HS-100 can be found patrolling the roads located near FND Military Targets. The best way to hijack one is by using an EMP Grenade to stun the tank. This will give you time to go on top of the turret and take down the driver.
