Run from one shaded area and take care of the enemies before proceeding to the next shaded area. I use stealth and a bow or sniper rifle. I bring Oluso on the way in and Guapo on the way back to Lola, swapping Boom Boom in to tag enemies.

Its literally impossible to do it on a higher difficulty than easy. If you try on a higher one, expect to be ganged up by Flamethrower guys and the heat meter goes up faster than you can run. You will BARELY make it to the second safe point before blowing up. Its literally not worth your time. And nerves.
