When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

Neutral IVs by default!

As a hero obtainable only through Tempest Trials, Sigrun will always have neutral IVs by default. The only way to access IVs for this unit is through using Trait Fruits.

+Spd/-Res

The best IVs for Sigrun are +Spd and -Res. A higher Spd stat allows Sigrun to get a ton of follow-up attacks on her foes. It also protects her from hostile follow-up attacks. As an offensive unit, her defensive stats are not much of importance to her, but taking a -Res balances it with her Def. Balanced defenses is ideal for surival so we recommend going for a -Res IV.

+Spd for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Sigrun to 10. At max merges, she reaches 43 Spd which is at a range that allows her to score follow-up attacks on a wide range of foes.

How to Use, Explanation

This build uses Sigrun as both a semi-tank and a support. Distant Stance allows counterattacking at any range and improves her Res. Reposition and Def/Res Link improve bulk, while Guidance improves mobility. Quick Riposte ensures that Sigrun will attack twice on enemy phase.

Sigrun is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Sigrun Strengths

Command Lance grants a lot of stats

Sigrun received an exclusive weapon in Command Lance that makes her a versatile hero.

When refined, it grants Sigrun Atk/Spd/Def/Res bonuses during combat that can add up to +14, and heals her for 7 HP post-combat.

These bonus stats allow Sigrun to function as both an offensive and a defensive unit.

Enemy phase Atk boost

Sigrun's default weapon, Reprisal Lance+, grants her +6 Atk if a foe initiates combat on Sigrun. Her defensive stats are pretty decent so she can definitely take advantage of Reprisal Lance+ by baiting fights in the enemy phase. Just make sure that no bow units are in range of Sigrun.

This somehow patches Sigrun's low attack. Take note that this only works in the enemy phase!

Increases the firepower of allied fliers

With her flying-exclusive C skill Hone Fliers, Sigrun can grant Atk/Spd +6 to allied fliers. This makes using her in an all-flying party very easy to take advantage of.

These buffs completely stack with the boost from Def/Res Link 3. Combined, these 2 skill can provide an allied flier +6 Atk/Spd/Def/Res!

Weak to bows

As a flying unit, Sigrun takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Obtained as a Reward in Tempest Trials

Sigrun is a limited time Hero who can be obtained as a reward for your score in the Tempest Trials. They do not appear in regular summons. After the event has ended, they can be obtained by using Heroic Grails.
