When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Spd/-Res

The best IVs for Marcia are +Spd and -HP. Boosting Marcia's Spd allows her to perform follow-up attacks more easily and prevent enemy follow-up attacks more often at the same time.

Both her HP and Res are less important stats, but we recommend going -HP as a bane because it is easier to patch up using Legendary or Mythic blessing bonuses.

+Spd for a +10 Merge

This build maximizes Marcia's Spd and uses Ninja Naginata+ and Dive-Bomb 3 to quickly attack opponents consecutively and eliminate them before they can retaliate.

As long as Marcia is not adjacent to an ally, it inflicts an Atk/Def-5 debuff on her foe during combat and neutralizes the foe's bonuses to those stats as well.

As a flying unit, Marcia can position herself over mountains, rivers, or trees and almost always guarantee that her weapon's condition is met at all times.

Spd/Def Gap 3 can buff an ally from any distance

Marcia comes with Spd/Def Gap 3 which can grant bonuses to her ally with the highest combination of Spd and Def at the start of each turn.

This buff is granted no matter how close or far Marcia is to the ally in question.

With proper teambuilding, you can pre-select the benefactor of these bonuses and have Marcia apply them each turn!

Marcia only has Unbound Lance+ for useful fodder. Fury 3 can be obtained from Hinata, a day 1 unit, while Spd/Def Gap 3 is a niche skill and there are better options.
