As a hero obtainable only through Grand Hero Battle, Candace will always have neutral IVs by default. The only way to access IVs for this unit is through using Trait Fruits.
+Res / -Def
The best IVs for Candace are +Res and -Def. Res is Candace's best stat and allows her to fulfill a magic tank role for the team.
Def is Candace's least important stat, especially since she will not be needing it when tanking magic damage. Def is a safe bane to take.
+Res for a +10 merge
We recommend +Res when merging Candace up to +10 to maximize her magic tanking capabilities. As a unit without an exclusive skill, she is incredibly reliant on her stats to perform in combat.

Candace Roles
Candace is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Candace Strengths
Gainful Bow+ grants Null Follow-Up and Null Panic
Candace's inheritable Gainful Bow+ grants 【Null Follow-Up】 and 【Null Panic】 to Candace at the start of each turn.
In combat, it grants Atk/Spd bonuses based on the number of 【Bonus】 effects active on Candace and 【Penalty】 effects active on foe (excluding stat bonuses/penalties) x 2, + 5. This effect also has no cap to its bonuses, allowing Candace to stack up bonus Atk/Spd as much as possible.
While this weapon isn't as impactful as other exclusive or Arcane bows, it provides a niche on specific team compositions.

Candace suffers from not having any unique skills to call his/her own, making her unable to stand out amongst other units.
Bow Infantry units are quite abundant in the game, and lacking an exclusive weapon makes Candace replaceable by better units.

Obtain through a Grand Hero Battle
Candace is a Hero who, for a limited time, can be obtained through completing a Grand Hero Battle for the first time. They do not appear in regular summons. After the event has ended, they can be obtained by using Heroic Grails.
