This is a budget build aimed at making Phila useful with minimal investment. Fury or any other recoil skill would also work in either the A or Sacred Seal slots in order to trigger a Brazen skill in the other slot reliably.

Phila is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he/she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Phila's Rein Lance+ inflicts Spd/Def-5 onto all foes within two spaces.

This effect also works outside of combat, providing support to her allies whenever they attack foes near Phila.

Phila Weaknesses

Lack of Unique Options

Having no exclusive skills makes Phila replaceable by almost any other Lance Flier in the game, and there are a lot of them to choose from.

Her only advantage against the other Lance Fliers is her modern stat spread, but the lack of exclusive skills overshadows this and makes her worse than those with exclusive skills.

Weak to Bows

As a flying unit, Phila takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Phila as a Source Hero

Phila comes with Rein Lance+, Brazen Atk/Res 3, and Pegasus Flight 3 as inheritance options.

Having Pegasus Flight 3 on a demote is a good thing. However, it is quite niche.

Rein Lance+ can provide support and is good on supportive flying units. However, as an offensive option, there are better lances out there.
