How to Use, Explanation

This build aims to abuse Broadleaf Fan's raw damage by spreading debuffs to all of the enemies' stats and then sweeping them with Vantage. Atk/Spd Push 4 is used to maximize Ursula's attack while using the recoil to bring her to Vantage range; Fury 4 may be used as an alternative if reaching the Vantage threshold faster is more important, and Fury 3 for a more budget-friendly option. The Atk and Spd Smoke skill and seal are interchangeable as long as both are present.

Summer Ursula is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Summer Ursula Strengths

Atk/Spd bonus if foe is inflicted with debuffs

Scallop Blade+ grants +5 Atk/Spd to Ursula if any penalty is currently active on foe. It is easy to take advantage of this effect as Ursula has access to Dagger 7 and Guard.

However, it is not wise to rely solely on Ursula's ability to apply both of these penalties to get the bonus. Applying Dagger 7 through attacking would mean ending Ursula's action before you can get the Atk/Spd bonus. Using Rally Atk/Spd+ to trigger Def/Res Ruse's Guard would also mean ending her action.

Unless Summer Ursula has allies who have access to debuffs or a refresher-assist unit, she cannot easily utilize the effects of Scallop Blade+. In the event that an affected foe attacks her in the enemy phase, Ursula will get the +5 Atk/Spd buff as the effect is not limited to the player phase.

Buff Ally and Debuff Foes Simultaneously

Def/Res Ruse 3 inflicts Def/Res -5 to enemies in cardinal diretions of Ursula and her target unit / the unit that targets her whenever they use an assist skill. It also inflicts 【Guard】 to the affected foes.

Because Ursula has access to Rally Atk/Spd+, she can easily make use of the said skill. These two skills combined can create a gap of +11 Spd/Atk between the buffed ally and the debuffed foe!

Weak to Cavalry Effective Weapons

Summer Ursula takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
