When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Ginnungagap are +Atk and -Spd. Ginnungagap's Atk is among the best of them at base 47, and is applied twice through Arcane Void's guaranteed follow-up attack. Boosting her Atk improves her capability to delete foes in one round of combat.
The rest of Ginnungagap's stats are all hovering around the average benchmark. Unfortunately, average Spd is not good enough to compete with fast metagame units. Thus, it is the bane of choice.
We recommend +Atk when merging Ginnungagap up to +10 to maximize her damage output as much as possible.

Ginnungagap is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Ginnungagap's inheritable Arcane weapon Arcane Void inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-X on her foe, where X is the highest penalty on each stat between her target foe and all foes within 2 spaces of that foe.
Arcane Void also grants Ginnungagap Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5, a guaranteed follow-up attack, and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat. These effects allow Ginnungagap to quickly charge up her Special and then trigger it in the same combat.
While Arcane Void isn't overwhelmingly powerful compared to other weapons, it still gets the job done in combat.
Ginnungagap's exclusive B skill Ruler of Nihility inflicts Atk/Def-7, 【Discord】, and the Flash status on the nearest foes within 5 spaces of Ginnungagap and all foes within 2 spaces of those foes.
In combat, Ruler of Nihility inflicts Atk/Def-5 on her foe during combat, and if Ginnungagap has an offensive Special equipped, grants Special cooldown count -1 before her first attack.
These debuffs all add up to make combat unbearable for Ginnungagap's foes, allowing her to carve through her enemies with ease.
Ginnungagap takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

All of these skills are quite good and worth inheriting onto your favorite units.
Additionally, as a Rearmed hero, Ginnungagap will not disappear from your barracks upon using her as inheritance fodder once.
