When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Fallen Ursula are +Spd and -Def. Boosting Spd improves Ursula's chances of creating follow-up attacks against her foes and boosts her damage output as well with Dead-Crow Tome's effects.
Fallen Ursula's Def is a clear dump stat at only base 17 and is a safe bane to take.
We recommend +Spd when merging Fallen Ursula up to +10 to maximize her damage output.

|
This build maximizes damage output with a heavy hitting area-of-effect Special and Occultist's Strike to deal the finishing blow. Fatal Smoke 4 prevents healing, leaving the foes damaged by the AoE wounded during their turns. Emblem Marth's Ring allows Ursula to immediately pre-charge her Special on turn one.
|
|
|
Fallen Ursula's base kit already provides good firepower. Equipping the Life and Death Sacred Seal improves her area-of-effect damage. Blazing Flame is our recommended AoE Special, but you can run any of the other Specials depending on your needs.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Fallen Ursula is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Fallen Ursula's Dead-Crow Tome grants Atk/Spd+6, 【Desperation】, and Special cooldown count -1 to Ursula at the start of each turn. Additionally, if Fallen Ursula is at full HP, Dead-Crow Tome grants an additional Special cooldown count -1.
During combat, Dead-Crow Tome grants Fallen Ursula Atk/Spd+6, bonus Atk/Spd equal to 20% of Ursula's Spd stat, bonus damage equal to 20% of Ursula's Spd (including area-of-effect Specials), neutralizes effects that prevent Ursula's follow-up attacks, and if Ursula is at full HP, neutralizes effects that slow down her Special cooldown charges during combat.
This is an incredibly potent offensive weapon, pre-charging Special skills and inflicting a ton of damage before foes can even retaliate. Fallen Ursula makes great use of this weapon with her offensive stat spread as well.
Fallen Ursula's defensive stats are quite low, especially her Def stat. This is also amplified by Verge of Death reducing her bulk further.
As a glass cannon unit, keep Fallen Ursula away from her foes to maximize her strengths in battle.
Fallen Ursula takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

8.5 is way too low for someone who can still nuke the majority of the game She and Niðavellir are comparable and he's still at 9.5, that discrepancy is too large even if you consider him better overall The biggest differences between the two are the bonuses they grant allies. I honestly prefer the Desperation Bonus Ursula grants herself and Allies, plus the Atk/Spd buffs, over Hexblade and Special Acceleration from Niðavellir.
