Max HP after finishing the purple streamer is 180, not 185

I don't think max heath is required for 100% completion, I do not have max health and I do have the 100% star on my save file.

The toad is saying I didn’t get the heart in the temple of shrooms but I did, I’m at 200 hp

I cant get the max up heart in shroom city as it wont let me unfold the toad do you know why this would happen
