Replaying with Rindo | Time Travel Guide

How to Replay with Rindo

You'll need to time travel (Replay) with Rindo a few instances during the main story. When this is necessary, the Replay prompt will appear at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Press Y (Switch) or Triangle (PS4) to Replay. This will bring you to a menu where you can scroll to choose a Street at an important time of that day.

Is it Free Roam?

Selecting a Street from the menu will time travel you to that Street at that the time of day indicated. You are free to shop, eat, and defeat Noise in that area, but you're locked to that particular Street. The only way to move between areas would be to go back to the Replay Menu and choose a different Street.

How to Change Your Fate

Using time travel/Replay to change your fate is like solving a puzzle with pieces in multiple areas, so it can get confusing. If you get confused with your mission objectives, check the Mental Notes tab in Thoughts for hints from Rindo on what to do next.

Replay menu clues you in on where to go next

After completing an objective in one area, the Replay menu usually opens directly on the area with the next objective. Also note that when all possible objectives are completed in an area, the Street will become faded gray in the Replay menu.

Pin marker represents where you currently are.
