What are Secret Reports?

Secret Reports are post-game collectible content; you need to complete the game to unlock it. Another requirement before you can start hunting for Secret Reports is to complete Hazuki Mikagi's Social Network. Completing it will unlock Bossy Noise, which will cause Blue Boss Noise to appear when revisiting previously completed days.
