Game Theory Main Objectives

Find Susukichi

	Objectives
1	Talk to the Reaper to Spain Hill. Susukichi is located at Tipsy Tose Hall, but you'll have to complete special missions from Reapers before you can travel to different districts. From TOWER RECORDS, talk to the Reaper guarding the path to Spain Hill and complete his special mission in order to gain entry.
2	Talk to the Reaper to Tipsy Tose Hall. Once you're in Spain Hill, talk to the Reaper guarding the path to Tipsy Tose Hall and complete his special mission to enter the next district.
3	Find Susukichi's location. Interact with the exclamation point sign in the middle of the street to find out that Susukichi has moved to a different district.
4	Complete Reaper missions from Center Street going to O-EAST. Susukichi's next location is at O-EAST. To get there, complete special missions of Reapers guarding the paths to each district. You can go to Center Street, Scramble Crossing, 104 Building, and O-EAST.
5	Find Susukichi's location. Interact with the exclamation point sign in the middle of the street to find out that Susukichi has moved to a different district.
6	Head to Shibuya Hikarie. Susukichi's next location will be at Shibuya Hikarie. Make your way back to Scramble Crossing and talk to the Reaper guarding the path to Shibuya Hikarie. Head to the Expressway Underpass

	Objectives
7	Check Susukichi's location. Once in Shibuya Hikarie, check Susukichi's location to find out that he's moved to another location.
8	Talk to the Reaper to the Expressway Underpass. Talk to the Reaper guarding the path to the Expressway Underpass and defeat the Noise he'll throw at you.
9	Confront Susukichi. Follow the waypoint and interact with Susukichi where you'll enter another lengthy cutscene. You will then have to time travel once again to change your fate.

Figure out Susukuchi's weakness

10	Talk to Fret and travel back to Shibuya Hikarie. Now in the past, talk to Fret start figuring out Susukichi's weakness. Use Rindo's powers then to travel back to Shibuya Hikarie.
11	Listen in on the Deep Rivers Society and Susukichi. Move towards the Expressway Underpass until you watch a cutscene between the leader of the Deep Rivers Society and Susukichi.
12	Travel back to the present. With your knowledge, change your fate travel back to the present timeline using Rindo's powers.

Take down Susukichi

13	Fight Susukichi. Back in the present, confront Susukichi and take him down. Check out our Boss Guide below on how to defeat him.

2	Go to Hachiko's Statue then talk to the reaper.
3	The reaper will ask you to fight against noise.
4	Defeat all of the noise. Pins with wind, time, magnetic, electricity, stone, water, and light affinities will help in the fight.

Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Head to Center Street.
2	Look for a man standing near Shepherd House. His name is Shuntaro Harima.
3	Scan the area to see what's bothering him.
4	Use Nagi's Dive to free the man's mind from noise.
5	Defeat all of the noise. Equip pins with darkness, burst, electric, wind, water, stone, light, and kinesis affinities to make the fight easier.

Boss Strategy: Susukichi

Dash Once He Telegraphs His Attacks

Susukichi's punches are slow, but lethal to your team's HP. With that, you can evade them when he telegraphs them or quickly switch to a character who is afar by hitting their assigned button, as your HP will only get damaged if your current character is hit.
