The World Ends with You Background

TWEWY

The World Ends with You (TWEWY) was first released in 2007 for the Nintendo DS and was ported to the Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android systems in 2018, titled The World Ends with You -Final Remix-.

TWEWY is one of the few games which gameplay utilizes both the buttons and touchscreen of the Nintendo DS. You control Neku in battle using the stylus and touchscreen while controlling his partner using the D-pad and the upper screen. The port for Nintendo Switch, on the other hand, utilizes the touchscreen and the Joycons for both Neku and his partner, which made it playable in both docked and handheld mode.
