Skull A Location

NEO TWEWY Yellow Skull A

Head upwards from the Hachiko statue and interact with the traffic light near the blocked path to the 104.

Skull B Location

NEO TWEWY Blue Skull B

From the yellow skull, walk to the right and look up at the jumbotron above the bookstore. You need to be in the middle of the street to interact with the blue skull.

Skull C Location

NEO TWEWY Scan Skull C
 NEO TWEWY Purple Skull C

Walk through the diagonal crossing towards the Hachiko statue. At that corner, scan the thoughts of the man leaning on the traffic light.

Skull D Location

 NEO TWEWY Red Skull D

Head toward the sidewalk on the right and investigate the manhole cover. Scan and erase the Noise to find the red skull.

Talk to the Reaper at Hachiko

NEO TWEWY Reaper Hachiko

After finding the four hidden skulls in Scramble Crossing, talk to the Reaper at the Hachiko statue again to continue progressing through Week 1, Day 1.
