All Skull Locations in Scramble Crossing

Skull	Location
Yellow (Skull A)	Traffic light
Blue (Skull B)	Jumbotron
Purple (Skull C)	Arm art of man leaning on the traffic light
Red (Skull D)	Manhole cover

Skull A Location

Head upwards from the Hachiko statue and interact with the traffic light near the blocked path to the 104.

Skull B Location

From the yellow skull, walk to the right and look up at the jumbotron above the bookstore. You need to be in the middle of the street to interact with the blue skull.

Skull C Location

Walk through the diagonal crossing towards the Hachiko statue. At that corner, scan the thoughts of the man leaning on the traffic light.

Skull D Location

Head toward the sidewalk on the right and investigate the manhole cover. Scan and erase the Noise to find the red skull.

Talk to the Reaper at Hachiko

After finding the four hidden skulls in Scramble Crossing, talk to the Reaper at the Hachiko statue again to continue progressing through Week 1, Day 1.
