In Another Day, you will have the option to swap out one of your combat buddies to Minamimoto. To swap out character, follow the guide below:

Interact with the Reaper located on the entrance of 104 Building district.

NEO TWEWY - Quest Icon.pngSign up for the Reaper's Romp.
Go near the Hachiko Statue and talk to Hishima. He will tell you about how to get the tickets for the Shibuyapalooza concert and an option to swap out combat buddies.

Talk to Hishima again and choose a character from the list. The character that you will choose will be swap out of your team and will be replaced with Minamimoto.
