Getting the main game's ending is fairly easy and straightforward: finish all the chapters in the main game. You don't need to complete all the sidequests to get the main ending of the game. Finishing the story only requirement to unlocking the main game's ending.
If you can manage to get all secret reports, finish the last chapter of the game again to unlock this secret ending to the main game.
List of Secret Reports and How to Obtain
After unlocking Another Day, the unlock requirement to getting the first secret ending is also fairly simple: just finish the main tasks of Another Day's storyline.
Collect all three stamps from Kanon down in the West Exit Bus Terminal, Ayano up in TOKYU PLAZA, and Tsugumi up in MIYASHITA PARK. Of course, it doesn't matter in which order you get these, because after getting all the stamps, you still have to battle Shiba one last time to get the ending.
Another Day, Party in the 'Buya: Chapter Guide and Walkthrough
The unlock requirement for the second secret ending is similar to the first unlock requirement to Another Day's ending, only a bit harder to complete. Before completing the tasks for Another Day, you must first complete the four side quests available in Another Day.
