Pick Ring and Buy.

The man will retrace his steps to find his missing wallet. Follow him.

Head to Takeshita Street and go to the alleyway where you started out in Day 1.

Scan the alleyway to find a man inflicted with noise.

Use Nagi's Dive to rid the man of the noise.

Defeat the Noise.jpg
Defeat all the noise. You can equip pins with electric, sound, wind, kinesis, water, stone, light, darkness, burst, and ice affinities to make the fight easier.
